  I initially came here to have a tire patched. While the first manager(slim one) I dealt with was helpful, the repair didn't hold and I had to return for a persistent slow leak. The second experience was the complete opposite. The manager(brown skin that looks like uncle rukus) on duty was unprofessional, extremely slow, and seemed unable to answer basic questions, to the point where I actually ended up assisting another customer myself because he was so overwhelmed. Because of the lack of technical knowledge and poor service, I didn't trust them to handle a replacement. I ended up taking my business to Discount Tire instead. I won't be returning.

  It had been about year since I'd been to the Mr. Tire at this location and have to say I'm pleasantly surprised with the service I received this time. The staff were far more pleasant, competent, and they didn't make me feel as if they were trying to bankrupt me. They replaced my flat tire and even went the extra mile (at no charge) to remove the wheel locks I no longer needed. I will definitely use their services again.

  Good experience he helped me out I needed a special tire asap and he was able to get it the same day and he worked with me on how much I could pay

  The store manager and his staff provided excellent customer service. Trent, set the proper expectations up front and he and his staff delivered
