  Very unprofessional and very slow experience I’ve had. Brought my car up here yesterday to have my catalytic converter replaced. Picked up car around 2pm and had to be to work at 3. I live 5 minutes from work….before I got home, my check engine light came back on. Of course I had to bring my car back the next day. Brought my car around 10am and here I am typing this (STIILL HERE) at 4:18 pm. Apparently they didn’t seal it properly according to the GM who’s wasn’t here on yesterday. They needed a drill( that they did not have on site )to take loose a screw. A worker had to take another worker to his house to get a drill…..still waiting during all of this unprofessional behavior. I am so over it. Went to get food twice …that’s just how long I’ve been here. Damn near open to close. The mechanic slipped up and told me he did the converter in 30 minutes and I was like well I was charge $250 which is basically 2 hours of labor … smh.
