I understand recommending the best options but to come to be and tell me that you refused to but conventional oil in my car was not ok. I told them thank you and left, but I will never return to this location, I will proceed to go to another location across town.

I have always traveled miles to take it to the dealership for service, but something had become distrustful. Soon as your team raised my hood, they informed me that my engine cover was not there. The last hands on my car was the dealership. But I had an uneasy feeling about their service for the past few years. Your team graciously and patiently answered my questions. Offered sale options I was not aware of, and allowed me to lean back, feeling resolve and a since of being in good hands with my property.
