  I rarely leave negative reviews, but I feel it’s important to share my experience because of concerns that were discovered after my visit. I had my oil changed, tires rotated, and battery cleaned at this shop. I was also told that I “desperately” needed my front brakes replaced, despite having replaced them within the past few years. I chose not to have that work done and wanted to consult my dad, a master technician in another state. After moving, my dad inspected the vehicle and found that the front brakes were still in very good condition with substantial life remaining. He also found several lug nuts and wheel components that had been improperly installed or damaged and replaced nearly all of the affected hardware. Additionally, shortly after the oil change, my oil warning light came on. When I contacted the shop, I was told the light had simply not been manually reset. My dad subsequently found that the oil level had not been properly filled. I was very disappointed with these findings, particularly the concerns involving the vehicle’s condition after service. I feel I’m due a full refund for the condition the car was left in but I’m not confident that will occur. I recommend having your vehicle independently inspected after receiving service here.

  I never leave bad reviews, but I feel I need to share my experience to warn others, especially because of the potential safety concerns. I had my oil changed, tires rotated, and battery cleaned at this shop. During the visit, I was also told I “desperately” needed my front brakes replaced, despite having had them replaced within the past few years. I told them I wanted to check with my dad first, as he is a master mechanic in another state. After the services, I had a cross country move closer to family. When my dad inspected my car, he found that the front brakes were still in very good condition and had substantial life left. They looked nearly identical to the new set we had been led to believe I needed, which was extremely concerning. Even more concerning, he found that the lug nuts and wheel hardware had been improperly installed, with several misaligned and damaged. He said it was very fortunate that I had not experienced a wheel coming loose and had to replace nearly all of the affected hardware. He also discovered that my oil had not been properly filled after the oil change. Shortly after leaving the shop, my oil warning light came on. When I called the shop, I was told, “Oh, we must have forgotten to manually turn the light back off for you.” Given that the oil had not been properly filled, this explanation was concerning as well. I was extremely disappointed to have paid for services that resulted in these issues. I believe a full refund would be appropriate, although I have little confidence that this will happen. Based on my experience, I would not feel comfortable trusting this shop with work that affects the safety of my vehicle, and I believe other customers should be aware of what happened to me.

  Service was super efficient, Matthew and his team were extremely helpful and polite. They offer much more then just an oil change and they will run a diagnostic for any other problems you may or may not be aware about . They offer discounts and coupon as well. I highly recommend choosing this location .

  ⭐ 1-Star Review – Extremely Disappointed I had an absolutely unacceptable experience at Jiffy Lube. I went in for an oil change along with additional services and spent around $300. I also waited nearly TWO HOURS for everything to be completed. After all that time and money, I discovered that they did not put oil in my car after servicing it. That is beyond careless—it could have caused serious and expensive damage to my engine. An oil change is one of the most basic services an oil-change business provides. How do you charge a customer hundreds of dollars, keep them waiting for two hours, and then send them out without properly putting oil in their vehicle? I trusted this location with my car, and this experience completely destroyed that trust. I expect management to take this seriously, investigate exactly what happened, and make this right. I would strongly recommend that anyone getting their vehicle serviced here check their oil and verify the work before driving away. $300, almost two hours of waiting, and my car left without oil. Completely unacceptable.

  I’m extremely disappointed with my daughter’s experience at this Jiffy Lube location on Hwy 75. My 21-year-old daughter went in for a simple oil change and was told that she needed new brake pads and rotors, which would cost her an additional $450. Thankfully, her father told her not to authorize any additional work and to only get the oil change. He then took her vehicle to another location to have the brakes inspected, and we were told that her brakes were absolutely fine and did not need to be replaced. What makes this even more concerning is that after looking through other customer reviews, I noticed similar complaints from people describing unnecessary repairs or being told they needed additional work. That raises serious concerns for me about whether this was an isolated incident. A 21-year-old young woman who may not have extensive knowledge about cars should be able to walk into a business and trust that the recommendations she receives are legitimate, not be put in a position where she could potentially spend hundreds of dollars on repairs she may not need. I strongly encourage anyone, especially young adults and women who may not be familiar with vehicle repairs, to get a second opinion before authorizing additional work at this location. Based on our experience, and after seeing similar concerns reflected in other reviews, we will not be returning.
