During my visit, Ali was politely trying to guide me in maneuvering over the changing station, which was my first time ever doing something like that for an oil change. I accidentally accelerated, and instead of calmly assisting the situation, Matthew Pelock came running out of the office yelling, “God damn lady, what the hell is wrong with you?! What are you doing?!” That type of behavior toward a customer was completely unprofessional, disrespectful, and unnecessary. A competent manager should know how to properly instruct and guide customers, especially when someone is unfamiliar with the process, rather than immediately resorting to criticism and yelling. On top of that, none of the complimentary services that are normally included with an oil change were completed on my vehicle. No windshield washer fluid was added, and the other expected courtesy checks/services were overlooked as well. Angel and Ali were respectful and professional throughout the interaction, and they should be acknowledged for how they handled the situation despite the environment they are working

This team will definitely be one of the reasons I stay, Hard Working and Dedicated to give you the Best Service possible. Great Job 👍🏾 I will definitely be returning soon.
