  Terrible experience. They do not properly fix their vehicles. The passenger mirror on a vehicle that I rented was not the correct mirror and was much smaller and extremely difficult to see out of, making it very dangerous to merge. Customer service did nothing to compensate this issue even after promising and the branch promised as well. I am still waiting on a call back from the branch that was promised days ago. Also I was on hold for 40 minutes with this Stone Mountain branch.

  We had a great experience at this location. We'd previously visited another location and were directed to this one based on their inventory available. I'm glad we came down here. I was immediately helped upon my arrival by Sy. Her and Tasha have great customer service, definitely made my experience with Enterprise a good one.

  Update 8/21 after my initial review there was a link left to notify corporate. They advise a complaint was made and the Stone Mountain branch would reach out. Spoke to Christine the branch manager again and she advised she had the vehicle checked out and there was no issue. She believe the back window was left down a smidge resulting in a loud vibration. Disregarding that as soon as you search Chevy equinox Loud vibration an active recall come up. These company’s ridiculous. The noise was so loud not even the radio could drown it out and we are contributing that to aback window possibly being cracked. Might as well call me stupid! 8/19/2026 I had a very frustrating experience with the Enterprise location on Stone Mountain Memorial Drive. I picked up a rental this past Sunday at 12:30 PM, and within 30 minutes, the vehicle was essentially undrivable. It produced a loud, train-like noise and intense vibrations from the headliner whenever I accelerated over 50 mph. After researching the issue, I discovered this is a known recall for the Chevy Equinox. Despite reaching out on Monday and being told the manager, Christine, would call me to resolve the issue, I never received a call. I also tried contacting customer service via text with no success. When I returned the vehicle today, I was told the manager had been too busy in meetings to address the issue. Given that the vehicle was unsafe and undrivable, and the total lack of follow-up from management to resolve this,I would never rent from them again .

  Bad Experience with Enterprise Rental Car Absolutely terrible customer service at the Enterprise location in Stone Mountain. They continue to overbook reservations, yet don’t actually have cars available when customers arrive. We were left waiting for hours with no clear solution or proper communication. If you have somewhere to be, don’t waste your time or money here. I would recommend renting from a different location or a different rental company altogether. Very disappointing experience
