  Do not rent a car from this location! If I could leave zero stars I would because that’s exactly what they deserve. My family and I had a deeply frustrating and unacceptable experience with this Enterprise Car Rental location. We reserved a vehicle weeks in advance for an important occasion, my son’s graduation. To ensure everything was in order, We even called three days before pickup, and Enterprise themselves called two days in a row to confirm my reservation. We also checked in online the morning of pickup, at which point they placed a hold on my card. Despite all of this, they call the day of pick up at 2:00 PM to notify us that there was no vehicle available for me. No explanation, no real effort to resolve the situation, and not even a basic apology from management. They left us without transportation on a day that mattered immensely to me, and there was no accountability or urgency from the staff to make things right. Putting a hold on the credit card and confirming multiple times only to fail completely at delivery is unacceptable. The lack of professionalism and customer care at this location is extremely disappointing. I strongly caution others against relying on this Enterprise location, for renting a vehicle for any reason. Clearly this store is not being managed!

  Eric provided outstanding customer service from start to finish. He was professional, patient, and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. He answered all my questions, kept me updated, and truly went above and beyond to make sure I left satisfied. Thanks to Eric, I drove away in a brand new ride with 0 miles😊I highly recommend him to anyone looking for great service.

  I have to brag on Enterprise of Stone Mountain! I’ve dealt with them for about 2-3 weeks now after my car was totaled. Each time I came in I was met with smiles and a helpful nature. The customer service surprised me as they are always very busy, but make sure that every one waiting knows that they are seen! Thank you to Josh (from my first day) to Erik (through to the end) and all of the staff that helped make this experience as easy going as possible. I will be back should I need to rent in the future!

  Erik’s customer service has been Exceptional. He called me to let me know he got my reservation. Erik had no idea I was sitting at Enterprise, 8034 Covington Hwy for three hours dealing with Mike a JOKE M.O.D. Erik had someone pick me up and bring me to the Stone Mountain location. The whole team in office today is AMAZING. Smiling, Courteous, Friendly and Kind. Oh did I mention how attentive and respectful they are. Thank you Enterprise Stone Mountain for your professionalism. 😊 Stone Mountain Enterprise GET YOU RIGHT! I will return for business. 🌷

  Edit. "Owner" responds and tells me to go go the generic contact us page. Lmao. What a terrible ai. It's honestly worse than not commenting. Came for a car rental. Needed an suv. Had a booking for one week. They let me come for my appointment. Checked me in. Had me wait about 30 min before telling me the only vehicle they had was a small sedan. Suggested I go to the Airport for a luxury SUV but I would have taken any. Airport charges additional 40% so not economical choice. I was planning to go visit my mom. If this worked you would have had regular one week rentals because I don't want to replace my car for road trips. But, if I can rely on rentals this is what you have to do. Do not rely on this store if you need a car in a paricular configuration. Maybe they dont leave people without any options but small sedans are not able to work for everyone.
