  The customer service was great. The representatives were courteous and handle each customer with respect. They did a great job over this holiday week moving customer through the service center - handling drop-offs and pickup in an orderly and efficient manner.

  I recently had a car accident, so having reliable transportation while my vehicle is being repaired is extremely important. My insurance did a great job setting up my rental through Enterprise, but this location has been very disappointing. When I picked up my rental on June 27, I waited about 45 minutes because there was only one employee working. I understood the situation and was patient. The only vehicle available was a pickup truck, and although I preferred a smaller car, I accepted it. I was told to call back on Monday to see if I could exchange it, then was told to try again on Wednesday. Today, I called the store at least 10 times throughout the day and never got an answer. I even contacted the Support Center twice, but they couldn't reach the store either. I understand being busy, but not answering the phone all day is unacceptable.

  I've booked a rental from May of 2026 last month for June 20th-June 29th through the Enterprise app for the Stone Mountain location since the commute is very short since it's near my apartment. What happened was nothing short of disappointing. On the day I should've gotten a minivan, there was none available or even reserved for me. Representatives extended the time only for me not to get the van on the day of, sent me to another enterprise location that didn't had the minivan I wanted and wasted my entire day. It was just me going around in circles trying to get a van so me and my family could travel out of state for my sister's graduation. This was the most frustrating experience and I don't believe I'll ever book anything at this location again. Do better.

  Christina is always good to me. Her customer service is A1 and super professional. Thank you for being patient and always accommodating for your customers. I always look forward to coming there to speak with her because I know she’ll always handle me with respect, compassion, and professionalism.

  Enterprise is one of my favorite places to rent vehicles. Most locations you can pick out your own vehicle according to what size vehicle you are renting. The experience with the location on memorial drive setback arrival time to my destination. However, I waited longer than I expect it. But, the individuals that took care of the customer service was outstanding. They did stay after hours to accommodate me with a vehicle and I appreciate that. Like I said earlier I think Enterprise is one of my favorite places to rent vehicles from.
