I have a commercial account and go to many advanced autos and now I will go out of my way to avoid coming here. I was not rude , nor did I cuss or yell at this woman. She began yelling and cussing at me and my co worker because we asked questions about returning a core. For example who could return it and where. Simple questions. Her reaction was so random and unprofessional. I still can’t believe she is the store manager. She told me if I had a problem to call whatever 800 number she was trying to give me and tell corporate about it. I told her I didn’t have a problem with policy I had a problem with her cussing at me and being unprofessional because she felt irritated by our questions. This lady was wild and went from 0-100 over the simplest thing. Do better please , I need my auto parts . Thanks!

The GM here is awesome. She's very knowledgeable. I had some questions about very specific items. I know I could have went to my local store. However, Kariena knew what I needed and wanted. She had everything situated before I even showed up. Now that's what I am talking about AAP. We need more GM's like her. She sets the example. Outstanding job.
