The manager, Porscha or “P” is what the other staff call her, is the rudest and most unprofessional person I have ever met!!! I went through this car wash yesterday and while in the car wash the equipment malfunctioned. My vehicle was rear ended by the vehicle behind mine THREE TIMES before I could get out of the car wash. I then went inside to let the manager, “P” know what had happened. She immediately states that it’s NOT her problem and they wasn’t doing anything about it. I have a brand new vehicle!!!! So new that I literally have only had it for a month! It cracked my bumper in two places and scratched it all up!!! I told her that it is the company’s responsibility to fix my vehicle due to their equipment malfunctioning. The manager started verbally assaulting me and then walked away stating that she “ain’t dealing with this” and the company is NOT fixing my vehicle!!!! I have NEVER had a company and manager be so hateful and unprofessional in my whole life. I asked for the corporate office’s phone number and NONE of the staff could or would provide it for me. I went on line to try to get a phone number for the corporate office and still was unsuccessful. I ended up getting insurance involved and the only thing they could come up with to get in touch with this company is an email! I would stay clear of this facility at all cost!!!!! I promise that I will never go back there. I plan I letting everyone know what occurred to warn them so that the same thing doesn’t happen to them also.
