  Wasn’t able to make it to the dealership so I went here. I will ONLY go here from now on. The level of expertise and professionalism is by far the best I’ve experienced. I so loved the entire team and how well they serviced my car. There was a loose raccoon and just they way they were protective of the customers while maintaining professionalism at all times was amazing. Love this team

  This is not my first experience with Strickland Brothers. In the past, I regularly brought my vehicles here for oil changes and was happy enough with the service that I recommended this location to others. Unfortunately, my recent experiences have been very disappointing, and I no longer feel that this is the same Strickland Brothers I used to recommend. For quite some time now, I have tried to have my vehicle inspection done here on multiple occasions, only to be told that the computer was down. I found it unusual that the system could remain unavailable for weeks, and I've since heard other customers say they are also unable to get inspections done at the Stockbridge location because "the computer is down." Then, today, I stopped by at approximately 8:00 a.m. on a Saturday to get an oil change. No one was there. I assumed they might simply be running a little late, so I came back around 9:00 a.m. Still no one. I tried calling the location, but no one answered. What concerns me most is that this isn't just about one bad experience. It's a pattern of poor customer service, unavailable services, and now apparently not being open during reasonable business hours. When I left, there were at least five other vehicles that appeared to be waiting to get their oil changes as well. That's potentially five more customers who showed up expecting service and left without it. There are easily six to eight other oil-change businesses within a five-mile radius. Competition is fierce, and customers have plenty of other options. If Strickland Brothers continues turning customers away for inspections and isn't reliably open when advertised, I worry that this location is going to lose the reputation and customer base it once had. I genuinely hope management takes these concerns seriously, because I used to be someone who would gladly recommend Strickland Brothers. Unfortunately, based on my recent experiences, I can no longer do that.
