  I had a great experience! The staff was professional, friendly, and provided excellent customer service from start to finish. They did my oil change quickly and even worked with me on a great deal, which I really appreciated. It’s hard to find a business that genuinely cares about its customers, but they went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied. I highly recommend them and will definitely be back for future service. Thank you for the outstanding experience!

  A Quick service that was exceptional. I was greeted initially and then Elija shared details of the oil change. He was very courteous and clearly knowledgeable about his role and, respectful throughout the visit. The staff at SB are always very friendly and professional. A** service. Thank you all.

  Elijah took care of me today. I always try to give the employees here a tip but today I forgot my cash. I felt inspired to give Elijah and the other gentleman working with him a positive review. These young men are so pleasant and thorough. I’ve been coming here for years and this is exactly why. Keep it up Elijah, your positive energy will take you far!

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Outstanding Solo Hustle & Top-Tier Service!** Even a blind squirrel finds a nut every once in a while! I’ve been driving past this Strickland Brothers location on my daily commute for the last three to four years without ever stopping in. That changed this Saturday morning, and I am incredibly glad it did. I arrived a little early, and a impressive young man named **Aaron Major** came right out. Even though the shop wasn’t officially open yet, he went above and beyond by getting me—and another early arrival—into the bays ahead of schedule. What really stood out was his incredible attentiveness and efficiency. Aaron was running the entire place completely by himself, yet he handled the process seamlessly. He provided amazing service, gave me some great coupons, and we had an excellent conversation. To top it off, I had brought my own extra air filter with me, and he kindly installed it on the spot at no extra charge. The pricing was incredibly fair, the wait was nonexistent, and the customer service was unmatched. Safe to say, unless someone offers me some unimaginable deal elsewhere, Aaron and the Strickland Brothers team have earned a customer for a very long time. Highly recommended!

  Let me begin by saying the gift of giving feedback and the company receiving it was top tier!! I had been visiting this place since it originally opened so it caught me off guard when I returned to not get the same service I was accustomed to. After declining services, the management team later followed up to listen to my concerns. That was golden to me because it gave we value you as a customer. When I returned after the feedback, both the store manager and staff were exceptionally nice and efficient. I even got a follow up call from Nikita, from the corporate office, to ensure the visit was on point and up to the company’s standard of excellence. Going back would be easy as pie!!
