- KFken frizzellMay 5, 20261.0I get a cold coffee refill daily. But the past two months , the caramel cold coffee has been sour on 6 different occasions. On 2 of those I drank the sour caramel cold coffee Before I realized it and I lost my cookies. The cold coffee should be checked on daily.Y'all have lost a customer due to this happening 6 times in 2 months.

I had just spent money on my food 20 dollars plus remind you, and I asked for one lousy ranch. I was told it was ranch on the other side in the condiments section. Never been told that normally they just give me a ranch. I looked over there and it’s two open containers that were left open. And I’m like is there none back here? And she’s like “it’s 50 cents” girl I’ve never paid for ranch before. Why are you being pettty? I should have refunded my stuff but I had to go.
