Review: I had a terrible experience at the Mavis Tires & Brakes on Eagles Landing in Stockbridge. I brought my car in for brake service, and when I got my vehicle back, I discovered that the tire studs had been broken. When I confronted the staff about the damage, they flat-out lied and told me, "We never took off your tires." My immediate response was: Then how did you do my calipers?! You cannot perform a brake job—especially replacing calipers—without removing the tires. That is basic automotive常识. Their denial is not only insulting but proves they are either incompetent or hoping I didn't know how brakes work. If they lied about this, what else are they lying about? Be extremely careful taking your car here. They will damage your vehicle and then refuse to take responsibility for the obvious.

Even though my husband was not able to bring the truck in for service, Rodney, Quay, and Jason were terrific. It’s not often that women don’t get taken advantage of when it comes to these type of things. Will definitely be returning and telling my friends about the awesome service I received.

I asked for a big favor and he pulled through. swapping into my wheel lock equipped donut and allowing me to make my way to the nearest used tire shop so i could get back to work!

Took a while but I guess it only felt that way cause I was in a rush. Reasonably priced too, I will definitely come back for any future maintenance. Great guy very friendly.
