Went in for a tire repair for tires previously purchased at Mavis. The staff was very courteous and knowledgeable. They were upfront regarding additional repairs needed for my Jeep. Also gave me great pricing for the additional repairs. The manager took his time to explain everything and showed me the issues that needed to be addressed. Will be back to get additional work done. Love the honesty and transparency regarding my vehicle. There was no pressure sale pitch at all.

Tee was awesome and provided a really great experience for me this morning. I was having a meltdown with this morning overload and trying to work and travel. He noticed a huge nail on top of another one when he got my car in for service.

Great place I go to Mavis Tires, when my tires get low, they come out and put air in my tires. They are always pleasant and very helpful. The gentleman that helped a couple of day ago told me about one of my lug nut on my tires that need replacing. Informed me if I had a blow out they would not be able to get tire off. Went and got a $3.50 one put on. Can’t believe what it would have cost me if something had happen to that tire if I had not been told. Thanks Mavis Tires.

I had a fantastic experience at Mavis Tire thanks to Austin, the manager, and his super friendly team. I came in with a flat tire, and not only were they open on a Sunday, but they got me taken care of quickly and professionally. Austin was incredibly helpful, patient, and made sure everything was handled the right way. The staff who fixed my tire were just as kind and efficient.
It’s rare to find a shop that combines great service, genuine friendliness, and convenience, but Mavis Tire absolutely delivered. Highly recommend them for anyone needing fast, reliable, and honest help.

I cannot say enough about the team at this Mavis Tires. I recently experienced an unexpected issue with my vehicle on the way to work. My dashboard lights came on, the vehicle was moving extremely slowly, and I was honestly concerned that I would have to leave my car there or take it to the dealership.
What impressed me most was how quickly the team responded. They brought my vehicle in immediately, took the time to investigate what was happening, and looked beyond the obvious rather than simply telling me to take the vehicle somewhere else. Their attention to detail, keen insight, professionalism, and willingness to go the extra mile made all the difference.
I had an extremely important professional commitment that morning and was responsible for an event that I simply could not miss. Because of the team’s promptness and thoughtful approach, they gave me something I desperately needed that morning, time. They helped me understand what was happening with my vehicle and got me back on the road so I could make it to my commitment.
