The team was very professional. They knew exactly what they were doing. And what my issue was with my truck, they were very nice and my wife has a problem walking, sometimes they fix the car outside of their Bay. So she can be able to stay in the car and wouldn't have to get out. I'll recommend going to this place to anyone. Great location. I will definitely be going again.

Today, before coming to Mavis Tires on Eagles Landing Parkway in Stockbridge, I stopped at another tire shop in the area. Unfortunately, I was completely ignored, and after waiting without anyone acknowledging me, I decided to leave. I was already frustrated by the time I arrived at Mavis.
When I got to Mavis, I told the clerk my issue and he quick grab his manager Austin. I told him my issue and he began to help me problem solve. He took the time to listen to my situation, personally helped me resolve an issue with my camper tire, and made sure everything was taken care of before. I never felt like I was just another customer or an inconvenience.
That experience reminded me that great customer service still exists. In a time when it often feels like businesses are too busy or too stressed to go the extra mile, he demonstrated what true professionalism, leadership, and customer care look like.
If you’re looking for a shop that values its customers, I highly recommend this location.
Seriously, thank you again, Austin, for turning a frustrating day into a great customer service experience. Now I can go back camping and get out of here for a bit.
