⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ **Great Service and Peace of Mind!** I had a great experience at Grease Monkey in Stockbridge! The entire staff was friendly, professional, and welcoming. A special shout-out to **Dakota**, my technician, who was extremely thorough, knowledgeable, and personable. He took the time to make sure everything was done right, and I truly appreciated his attention to detail. Although I ended up spending a little more than I originally anticipated, it was **money well spent!** My car is running so much better, and that peace of mind is priceless. Thank you, Dakota and the Grease Monkey team, for a job well done! I'll definitely be back and highly recommend this location!

I will never return to this facility again because they mixed oil and some other type of something in my oil tank. The oil was black when my husband checked it as if he had never been changed. They Also didnot clamp my air filter cover back on which caused my vehicle to run very harshly As well as left other things under my hood unattended. The service I obtain said they were supposed to top off of the fluids Mike brake fluid, window, cleaning, fluid, etc. And that was not done either. The next week I took my vehicle back up after calling the manager and they supposedly rejected things and couldn’t find what the problem was with why my vehicle was running hard when it wasn’t on our first brought it there. I’m very dissatisfied with this service and will never return to grease monkey again. I thank God that my husband checked the vehicle Over and found the problems. I didn’t bother to contact them again because after the second time, it is clear these people do not know what they’re doing.

They blew motor up leaving oil filter loose then came to carlot where customer had car towed and removed oil filter with crow bar and left on ground , I was standing there watching whole time , then left it , the customer has filed a small claims court on them and we have a police report filed and I will be going to court with him as a witness and also took pictures too , sorry place to go
