  We just moved to the area and of course needed a shop to choose for our oil changes, originally we came because the name was so funny and catchy and thank goodness we did because the staff went above and beyond for us, they were so professional and so very kind!!! Pricing is about at normal range but they gave us 25.00 off for just moving up here and it being our first time coming which was great business of them. We definitely found our spot for oil changes amongst other services they offer!!!

  Everyone was amazing today. They were friendly, patient, and kind every step along the way. We ran into a little bit of an issue, but they got it solved within minutes. Jimmy John and his lovely manager (sorry, didn’t catch her name) made my experience worth the wait.

  Service was great per usual. Found a leak that I was fearing was present. My concern is with the attitude of the shift lead/manager on duty today. They were already upset before they came over and lit into the new guy with all the usual flare of old school construction apprentice teaching. Now I don’t know if the new guy is someone who has had to be told 30 times something before you strangle him to get it right but the manager’s attitude was awful. I can see plenty of turnover in the future if that is day to day. Plus the remarks made about the stat of the car-honey we can hear you when we’re sitting with the windows down.

  Worst customer service ever. An attitude of “I don’t know, I just work here” I have been here many times before where they applied a discount for my being a rideshare driver and apparently all of a sudden “you need a coupon” for that. What? I’ve never needed a coupon. Just proof that I was a rideshare driver. *Edit* The manager of this store called me the very same day to make it right. Although I did receive the services elsewhere, I will continue my business with grease monkey as well. Thank you to the manager for making it right.

  I was offered an oil leak treatment product and declined it, but they charged me for it anyway. When I pointed out the mistake, I was told that if I accepted the error, I would receive $50 off my next oil change. The woman at the counter even called out the window and apologized, saying I would still receive the $50 discount even if I chose a refund. I requested a refund. After that, the $50 offer was rescinded. The original charge was $226. I was initially told they would process a refund and then charge the correct amount within 3 to 5 days. Instead, they immediately charged me an additional $180 and changed the explanation to, "You'll be reimbursed for the first charge in 3 to 5 days." As a result, they hit my account for over $400 at one time because of their mistake and then took back the $50 discount they had offered. What makes this even more frustrating is that I had brought another vehicle in about 30 minutes earlier. During that transaction, they showed me the receipt before processing the payment. For this transaction, they did not.
