  If you are going through your insurance pick up a rental at a different location then drop your car at the body shop

  I was rented a vehicle with an expired tag. After speaking with several people including a manager it was determined that they had nothing else available to put me in. With that being said they did comp me on my rental fees upon return. Overall they were all courteous and efficient. I would return if I needed a rental again.

  I called three times to make a reservation and asked if a driver is available to pick me up they said yes . I waited for about an hour the driver never showed up. I took Uber to the location and I was told that no vehicle is available . I wish someone had told me before going there 😪 I am stock with no car because my car is at the mechanic.

  ​I highly recommend choosing a different rental location if you have the option. My experience here was incredibly frustrating. ​Despite having a reservation, I was forced to wait over 2.5 hours without any accountability or even a basic apology from the staff. When I arrived, I was told I had to wait to check in because I was an hour early; however, another customer who walked in two hours early was helped immediately. ​The service from both Fred and the other agent with long dreadlocks was unprofessional and disorganized. To make matters worse, when I finally received my vehicle, it had not been properly cleaned and the gas tank was on red—completely empty. ​I strongly advise others to avoid dealing with this branch.
