  Nobody works here. They don't pick up the phone on Saturdays, Mondays, during standard business hours? Wish I could get paid and still have a higher Google review to NEVER ANSWER THE PHONE and call myself being at work helping customers out of a car due to an accident. Gotta love the low level of customer service that is run by people doing whatever they want with a smile. Good luck with that if you choose Enterprise. This company use to be professional. What happened here?

  I placed a reservation on 4.4.26 for 5.8 - 5.12.26 at the Stockbridge, GA location. I was called on 5.7.26 to be informed that I could not have the rental because all the minivans had been rented. Their plan B was to offer a 12 or 15 passenger van as if they weren't aware of skyrocketing gas prices. I called another location in Morrow, GA and spoke to, who I thought was an empathetic representative, took my original reservation number and told me someone would call to help resolve my problem. Before ending the call, she encouraged me to stay by the phone, with the volume up so I don't miss the return call. No one called back. I'm leaving for my trip on 5.8 with a rental from Hertz, the new company for my future rentals.

  Good afternoon, I am writing to inform you that Upon receiving the vehicle, I immediately noticed a strong cigar odor throughout the interior. Additionally, there are multiple visible stains on the seats and noticeable holes in the carpet. The overall cleanliness and condition of the vehicle fall well below reasonable standards. This is my first experience receiving a rental vehicle in this condition, and it has been both disappointing and inconvenient.   Trey at the Stockbridge location goes above and beyond to make sure every customer has the vehicle they need to accommodate their traveling/rental needs, a great variety of vehicles to choose from, and very easy to work with. I have personally observed Trey providing great customer service, very knowledgeable about products and details, prompt serving each customer, no long wait, very respectful even when a customer isn't giving respect, Trey is doing an all around great job, the vehicles are cleaned to perfection, the atmosphere is so welcoming, Everytime I visit this location I have no issues and I receive quality customer service, not just prompt service. The staff here is awesome! If you want a great rental car experience, visit the Stockbridge location. Great job Trey and staff!

  I always have a pleasant experience whenever I visit Enterprise at the Stockbridge location. The entire team is consistently friendly, helpful, and very knowledgeable about their work. Their customer service skills truly stand out. During my most recent visit, Assistant Manager Trey assisted me, and he was incredibly patient and understanding. I was a bit indecisive and unsure whether to use my rewards points or book through Expedia, but Trey took the time to walk me through my options and helped me choose the best solution for my situation. I also want to acknowledge the entire staff for their professionalism. Even when faced with challenging customers, they continue to handle every situation with grace and a positive attitude. Thank you all for providing such excellent service—it does not go unnoticed!
