  Nik and his team took excellent care of me when my car was totaled in August. Where my insurance company failed me, they made sure to keep me up to date on my rental. The team is extremely knowledgeable and professional. I was both shocked and impressed by their consistent service and attention to detail. I was in much better hands than AllState. I will rent again from this location without a doubt! They go the extra mile for you.

  I had a reservation for Saturday, 9-19-2026, at 9 AM, when the location opens for a large SUV that holds 8 people. At 8:15 AM, I received a call from Mr. Fred, who identified himself as the manager that no autos at all were available at that location. Additionally, he said there were none of the neighboring locations had a SUV. This is not an indictment of him per se. ENTERPRISE DO BETTER BY YOUR CUSTOMERS! You ruined a weekend with egregious reservation practices! Had I received this call the day prior, I could have attempted to make a reservation with another company. You are well aware of that! Instead of possibly losing out on a forecasted financial transaction by allowing the customer to look elsewhere, you hold the customer hostage and intentionally do not communicate with them until there are no other options available for them outside of Enterprise. You are hoping that their requirement for a rental will force them to settle for any rental you have, even though it does not fit their needs. That is bad business practice! All of this after receiving the prior evening, an email from Enterprise inviting me to go ahead and load my credit card information for a more faster check in process the next day. Unbelievable!

  I will never rent from the Stockbridge enterprise again, even if its with an insurance claim. This is by far the worse customer service ive ever experienced. This branch NEVER answer's their phone, no matter what time i called. Then they always have a"reason" why they cant answer.... God forbid you have a question and they have to answer..........one person will tell you one thing, then when you get there, its something different. I never got my deposit back, and I was told that I didn't get it because I purchased the extra insurance. So they took $250 from me instead of 200. Lying, cheating, thieves is what this place is. The only good thing was, the vehicle we got was terrific. Thats the only reason I gave a star. Other than that...id give them 0 stars. My husband and I will NEVER and I mean NEVER, rent from these tiny minded people again. I bought another car, just so I never have money taken from me, that belongs to me. You people as a company are poor communicators and a bunch of liars.My 5 year-old nephew can do this job better than these adults. LOL
