  Tre is amazing! The entire staff is awesome actually, but he went above & beyond & also gave me a free upgrade. He deserves this job plus a promotion! The entire team, let me reiterate that!!

  I will never rent from the Stockbridge enterprise again, even if its with an insurance claim. This is by far the worse customer service ive ever experienced. This branch NEVER answer's their phone, no matter what time i called. Then they always have a"reason" why they cant answer.... God forbid you have a question and they have to answer..........one person will tell you one thing, then when you get there, its something different. I never got my deposit back, and I was told that I didn't get it because I purchased the extra insurance. So they took $250 from me instead of 200. Lying, cheating, thieves is what this place is. The only good thing was, the vehicle we got was terrific. Thats the only reason I gave a star. Other than that...id give them 0 stars. My husband and I will NEVER and I mean NEVER, rent from these tiny minded people again. I bought another car, just so I never have money taken from me, that belongs to me. You people as a company are poor communicators and a bunch of liars.My 5 year-old nephew can do this job better than these adults. LOL

  Everyone at Enterprise in Stockbridge was professional and friendly from start to finish. I enjoyed my ride and hated to return it. Thank you Enterprise for a wonderful experience. God bless you all.

  Not the best experience but only cars they had was miragé. I was blessed with the vehicle i had or I would've have been stucj. The only problem is the car I was driving was not driving fast but other than that it was good. The xar might low mileage

  Absolutely TERRIBLE experience with Enterprise. I made a reservation because, apparently foolishly, I assumed a reservation meant that a vehicle would actually be reserved for me. Nope. Enterprise had no problem accepting my reservation, but when it came time to actually provide the vehicle, suddenly they “didn’t have any cars.” Even worse, they claimed they had been trying to contact me to cancel the reservation. Funny how I was able to make the reservation just fine, but somehow they couldn’t make sure I was properly notified that they had NOTHING available. Why allow customers to book vehicles you don’t actually have? If you know you’re completely booked, STOP ACCEPTING RESERVATIONS. It’s not complicated. I planned around having this rental car and was left scrambling because Enterprise couldn’t manage their own inventory or communicate properly with their customers. A reservation is supposed to give you peace of mind—not leave you stranded and wondering why you bothered booking in the first place. Enterprise, if you don’t have cars, SAY THAT BEFORE PEOPLE MAKE PLANS AROUND YOUR COMPANY. Taking someone’s reservation and then essentially saying “sorry, we don’t actually have a car for you” is unbelievably unprofessional.
