  Evan and his team were very professional and provided great expedited service fixing my truck tire as I came into Statesboro for a business trip but had ran over a nail while on the road traveling.

  Mavis Statesboro 1723 Northside drive Statesboro is the absolute worst location to get auto repair and service work performed. On 4-25-26 took my daughters car to get oil change. The service took longer than it should but being a walk in, that is to be expected. My daughter is a student at GSU and returned home 3 weeks later. I noticed oil stain on our drive way. I had my local mechanic inspect the car and the oil plug was stripped out. I called Mavis Statesboro and was initially told that it had a previous oil leak. Jay got on the phone and helped me. I had to take the car to the closest Mavis to us and they acknowledged that the oil plug was stripped out so bad they couldn’t remove it. Thank you Mavis Hartwell and Victor. Hunter Salilla the regional manager from Statesboro got involved. Set it up for the oil pan to be replaced. Did not offer a rental car to us. We got the car back after this had been going on for a solid month and the skid plate was missing. Hunter agreed to reimburse $1,000 for rental car and order a new skid plate. Today is 6-23-26 and no check, no skid plate, and now being ignored by Mavis. Please do not trust what they tell you if you choose to use them. I should have known better.

  A very good and honest shop, Josh was very informative and clear, he was able to offer better prices and lay out most important things that need to be fixed with my car vs what can wait, and the process of doing it all with them. Will definitely return
