- DADeborah Ashby4 days ago5.0I was leaving Statesboro today after attending my granddaughters graduation. It was a very happy and exhausting time. Of course a light came on as I was leaving to return to Atlanta that said I had no coolant in my car. We went to Jiffy Lube and were treated with such kindness. Rosie took a lot of time to check and correct my problem so that we could make it home. She was so kind and knowledgeable. It was impressive. Too many businesses in this day and time never seem to offer customer service anymore. I want any parent or grandparent that has a student at GSU to know how much this grandparent recommends Rosie and this Jiffy Lube staff for their car issues. She should teach other businesses how to treat their customers. Thanks to you Rosie for getting me home safely!
