I had my vehicle towed in for an issue and it took two weeks to get a return call to figure out what was wrong with the vehicle. Nobody even informed us the vehicle was ready, it took a phone call from us to find out it was ready for pickup. The biggest issue throughout the entire experience was the complete lack of communication. I had to repeatedly call for updates on my vehicle, and most of the time my calls went unanswered or were never returned. When I was able to speak with someone, I was often given vague information or conflicting updates. As a customer, I should not have to chase down the service department just to find out the status of my vehicle. Keeping customers informed is a basic expectation, and this dealership failed miserably in that regard. The lack of communication caused unnecessary frustration and made me feel like my time and business were not valued. The repair itself may not have been the issue, but the customer service experience was so poor that it overshadowed everything else. If you choose this dealership, be prepared to do all the follow-up yourself because proactive communication appears to be nonexistent. I will be taking my business elsewhere in the future and would not recommend this service department to anyone who values clear, timely, and professional communication.
