  ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ **Outstanding Experience at Franklin GMC** We recently purchased a 2026 GMC Sierra Denali Ultimate from Franklin GMC in Statesboro, and I can honestly say this was the best vehicle-buying experience we have ever had. Over the years, we have purchased many vehicles from a variety of dealerships, so we have a pretty good idea of what a great buying experience should look like. Franklin GMC exceeded our expectations from beginning to end. Our salesperson, **Guy Prokop**, was exceptional. There was absolutely no pressure, no games, and no surprises. Guy was knowledgeable, straightforward, responsive, and completely transparent throughout the entire process. From our first conversation through the day we took delivery, we always felt that he was focused on making sure we were comfortable with the purchase rather than simply trying to sell us a truck. We also worked with **Vontis Baker in Finance**, who made that part of the process equally easy and professional. Everything was clearly explained, efficiently handled, and exactly as represented. What impressed us most was the genuine sense of **integrity** throughout the dealership. Buying a vehicle—particularly one at this level—should be an enjoyable experience, and Franklin GMC made it exactly that. We absolutely love our new Denali Ultimate, but just as importantly, we came away feeling very good about the people we purchased it from. We would recommend **Franklin GMC, Guy Prokop, and Vontis Baker without hesitation**. Five stars and a sincere thank you for making this our most positive vehicle purchase to date.

  Did not receive the kind of service I'm accustomed to. The service agent seemed to not want to contact my extended warranty company in order to request coverage for TPMS monitor sensors. I have had that same repair done at FRANKLIN CHEVROLET GMC (Statesboro, GA) back in May of 2026. I had two (2) TPMS monitor sensors replaced via warranty (Easy Care). I was told that the policy had changed since May. I was told that the warranty company required FRANKLIN's service agents to "video record the service part failing", and upload it to the warranty company's service department for approval. "David", the technician I was dealing with, assured me that the sensors were not inoperable, but only needed to be reset; this meant that the warranty would likely not cover the replacement. He said that he felt that they (sensors) would more than likely fail again, but there was nothing he could do. I had to take my vehicle back without replacing the sensors. Well, once I was on my way home, the TPMS monitor error returned. I called and let the reps at FRANKLIN CHEVROLET GMC (Statesboro, GA) know what I had experienced. I was not supported, only told that I could bring the vehicle back and try to get the sensor reset again. Total waste of my day.

  Justin the salesman offered world-class customer service, he was honest, and listened to what I wanted. He was able to work out a fantastic deal with me to get me what I wanted and in the given price range monthly for a 2026 Trax after others told me no. If you’re looking for a car at this dealership I recommend you go to Justin. Will be back to doing business with him in the future!

  Ron Ridens Jr was very helpful with finding a truck for me. I came in on Saturday August 8 looking for a used truck, although the lot had many to choose from none were in the price range I was looking for. Ron took down my information and what exactly I was looking for and within a few days he said he thought he had one that would work for me. He sent me pictures but I was unsure of it. We set up a time on Saturday to come in look at, test drive it. He did find the perfect truck for me and my family. I’m looking forward to doing more business with him in the future. Dealing with Ron was the best experience I’ve ever had with purchasing a vehicle.
