  They gave a pretty clean reliable car! It was comfortable, up to date, and affordable for the time I needed it. Every time I had to modify, they were more than willing to adjust with me! The reps here are super fun & friendly. They are super easy going! Desmond worked closely and professionally with me. There was no long wait time and every question possible was answered! Book with them & you will definitely be satisfied.

  I had a reservation for a rental car on July 23 at 8:30 a.m. that I booked online about a month in advance. I even checked in online, so when I arrived around 9:30 a.m., I was shocked and frustrated to learn that the vehicle I reserved was no longer available. I was on my way to my daughter’s Army graduation, so my stress level was already high. Although I was upset at first, the young man whose name started with “B” (he was wearing a red shirt) handled the situation with professionalism and patience. He calmly explained that if customers don’t arrive on time, the reserved vehicles may be given to someone else. He took the time to go over the vehicles they did have available and helped me find one that worked for my trip. His excellent customer service completely changed my experience. He stayed respectful, answered all of my questions, and made sure I left satisfied. While I was disappointed that my original reservation wasn’t available, I truly appreciate how professionally he handled the situation. Thank you for turning a stressful moment into a positive experience!

  I booked online, confirmed my reservation for a jeep wrangler. I then took uber to the enterprise location where they notified me that not only do they not have a jeep for me they do not have anything but a sedan available zero SUVs. I’m leaving for a trip today where I have to have an SUV. The people offered no solution whatsoever. They gave me two phone numbers to call, the first one was a television company. The second one I called was corporate office where they informed me that they had no solution for me, could not locate another vehicle for me and had no management that I could speak with at the time. Basically, they left their customer stranded having to pay out of their pocket both ways to uber because they do not have a vehicle . No one called and let me know that there was no similar sized car available which they could have done. Zero concern for the customer whatsoever. There are not alot of places to rent from around Statesboro but honestly worth the drive to rent from AVIS at the airport in Pooler. Do not work with this company or waste your time or money with them. They do not care about your business or you. Give your money to a company that does.
