I had a very disappointing experience with the Enterprise location in Statesboro, GA.
I made my reservation well in advance for a full-size SUV. The day before my scheduled pickup, I even called to confirm everything, and I was told my vehicle was there, ready for me, and that I could even pick it up early if I wanted to.
When I arrived for my reservation, I was told they didn’t have my vehicle. The only options offered were a Hyundai Santa Fe or a minivan, neither of which met my needs or had the space of the full-size SUV I specifically reserved. While I was considering those options, I was then told they were no longer available either.
The response I received was essentially, “Hopefully we can accommodate you next time, Ms. Williams, and give you a better experience.” That was frustrating because it did nothing to resolve the situation after I had planned ahead and relied on my confirmed reservation.
I then called the Enterprise airport location, where I was told they did have a vehicle available. However, the price was higher than my original reservation, and I was informed I would also have to pay a drop fee to return it to my local branch. I don’t believe I should have been expected to pay more because the Statesboro location failed to honor my confirmed reservation.
A reservation should actually reserve the vehicle you requested, especially when it has been confirmed in advance. This experience caused unnecessary stress, wasted my time, and left me scrambling for transportation. I hope Enterprise improves its reservation management and customer service so future customers don’t experience the same frustration.

Statesboro location had No car available even though I had a reservation.
Went to Augusta, they had cars, put a $746 hold on my debit card, placed a 4+ day hold even though she claimed she released the funds immediately.
I then had to go back Statesboro, transfer another $500 to my account to get a vehicle.
Thank GOD for Herb and Bailey the branch managers of both location (EXCELLENT TEAM WORK) to resolve the issues.
Bottom line: DO NOT RENT FROM AUGUSTA AIRPORT ENTERPRISE ent a car with a debit card; especially, if you did not 🚫 fly in and have a return flight itinerary.
If you are a Georgia local with a Georgia license 🪪 ONLY go to locations outside of the airports to rent with a debit card.
As much as I despise credit cards, I ordered one on the spot to avoid this for the future.
PS Enterprise does not 🚫 accept Chime credit cards 💳🙆🏽🤷🏽🤦🏽

Very respectful and friendly staff. Desmond and the tall guy at the front were very helpful. Every time that I need a rental I will come back and rent from here only.
I didn’t get the car I chose, he said I am taller and he told me this would be more comfortable for my legs and I’d have more room. They moved with urgency and swiftness… I did an online check in and got in and out of there within 90 seconds. A+ from me give those guys a raise

I had a very disappointing experience with this rental company Enterprise Statesboro. I reserved a vehicle in advance, but when I arrived to pick it up, they told me they didn't have a vehicle available for me. The whole reason for making a reservation is to ensure a vehicle will be there when you need it.
What made the situation even worse was the manager's attitude. Instead of trying to help or offering a solution, they seemed completely uninterested and didn't appear to care about the inconvenience this caused. There was no effort to find an alternative, and no concern for customer service.
I wasted my time and ended up without the vehicle I had planned on. Based on this experience, I would not recommend this location to others.

I have an account with enterprise. I registered my companies card went through the approval process to charge the card online. I then called to confirm the reservation with Alexeyas. During the call I explained I didn’t physically have the card our controller does and is there anything I need to do to rent the car paying with that card. They said no just check in with the app and all will be fine. I double checked and no problem was the answer.
I checked in and the following day went to get my car at the scheduled pick up time and they said I cannot rent the car without the physical card.
I explained Ai called and spoke to the manager who said it was fine. They said no sorry too bad you cannot rent the car and nothing we can do. I asked are you kidding me I was then asked to leave the building and my ID was tossed onto the table.
They make a mistake then treat me like crap.
Sadly I have used this place twice and both times was terrible. The most unfriendly unhelpful people I have ever met.
I’m disgusted by lack of knowledge and lack of service after they mess up. Use Franklin Toyota for car rentals in Statesboro, significantly nicer people
