  15 passenger van I picked up was clean and ready to go. Staff in St Mary’s, GA were friendly and got me out the door in a timely manor, unlike an experience that I had earlier this year with the Draper Utah Hertz office, the word “reservation” means nothing to them.

  Janaro was absolutely amazing!! No one wants to have to rent a car. I booked online but when I arrived he mentioned I had booked it for the next day. But we needed it NOW. He changed my reservation, and got me out of there in less than 15 minutes. He was polite, knowledgeable, and efficient. 10/10 would rent again!!

  Over pretty poor experience which is strange for enterprise. I booked a large SUV (Tahoe/expedition). When I showed up it wasn’t available because it was getting new tires and they had no idea when it would actually be ready to go. They downgraded me to a intermediate SUV (VW Atlas), the first one didn’t have any oil in it and had overdue service, the second VW atlas also had overdue service but it did have oil in it. Decided to accept the second VW just to get on the road. The car was ok, apple car play crashes out occasionally, and the parking sensor was bad in it too but it did get the job done. After this experience I would just go to the airport and use another company and avoid this location despite any location convenience.
