- ZHZakyla Hall5 days ago3.0Would be a 5 star because the machines actually wash your car really good and left no scratches, but the vacuums are very, very weak with suction. Me and my fiancé had to work extra hard to try and get everything vacuumed within the car for just light vacuum work. also, they don’t have interior cleaner openly available. You do have to pay for it unless they offer it themselves.
- JIJonathan IslasAug 26, 20261.0Terrible overall Service, there is no one to tell you when you can pull your car up, the wash itself was pitiful, nothing got properly cleaned, and I got the most expensive wash at $26, honestly, caliber car wash has much better service with better washes, customer service, vacuums, free car scents, and Free cleaning rags, compared to the low quality paper towels Tommy’s has. Vacuums really don’t suck, very little suction. Also Matt cleaning devices DO NOT WORK, they just leave Matts smelling like poop.

That being said, the staff here is wonderful; they made sure to ask if we wanted a membership (we declined because we don’t live around here anymore), pressure washed all my mats because the machine wasn’t washing well enough, and they were attentive to all my questions. The young man with chin length dreads, who cleaned my mats, was very well-mannered. I will definitely come back whenever we are in town.
