- BCBrian Case2 days ago1.0My wife has a membership. Only car wash uses. She takes her van in, they stop the machine while the vehicle is in the tunnel. When it restarts the arm slams into her side mirror. I call and get the pleasure of speaking with the most unprofessional individual, Riccardo. He states that he has video that shows the mirror being shoved in the opposite direction which means the damage didn’t happen there. The scratches couldn’t be on the side of the mirror was pushed in that direction. Your only recourse when your car is damaged is to sue them. Customer service will tell you that there isn’t anyone else to speak with. No manager. No owner. So, I guess I’ll see Mr. Brown in court!
- BHBrianna HarrisOct 2, 20261.0worst car wash I ever went to in my entire life, damaged. My car was super rude about it in the car, not even washed for real. Bad business
- TCTamiia clementsonSep 5, 20265.0great wash really quick and got a lot of dirt off of my car. i also love the detailing packages they give out
- RMRobert M.Sep 4, 20265.0Whoever the cashier and shift lead were around 4:30pm on 9/4/26, give those guys a raise. Top tier customer service! Going above and beyond helping me with my membership.
- ZHZakyla HallAug 30, 20263.0Would be a 5 star because the machines actually wash your car really good and left no scratches, but the vacuums are very, very weak with suction. Me and my fiancé had to work extra hard to try and get everything vacuumed within the car for just light vacuum work. also, they don’t have interior cleaner openly available. You do have to pay for it unless they offer it themselves.
