  I typically don't complain about gas stations because let's face it... it's a gas station. However, see, customers service here is so terrible that I felt the need to also file a corporate complaint. There are two cashiers in the afternoon/ overnight shift that are both incredibly rude and just shouldn't work in customer service. I don't expect a conversation from cashier but I do expect some level of decent customer service instead of just standing there looking pissed at the world and when I tell you what I need you have an attitude. Almeel was his name tonight, I finally looked at him and asked " are you ok" because he literally looked like he wanted to burst from his anger . Racetrack used to be held to the same standards as quicktrip but I see that's no longer a requirement. Shame, guess I'll take my night business to speedway. It's a pity when you get better customer service there than at racetrack.

  Terrible customer service, went in at around 5-6 in the morning and the cashier there, I think his name was Almee, was being rude. Didn’t give me a bag and had an attitude when I asked for one. Mind you it’s 5-6 am, I’m tired and heading to work why’d I gotta deal with this that early 😭

  Man I just had the worst experience in my life I come to buy cookies and I'm the only guy in the gas station except the clerk he's a short black dude with a baseball cap on his phone for 3 minutes I'm waiting looking at him to address me nothing I'm going to finally said something he wants to fight me he's talking about he's from the top he's from the top I said what does that have to do with you not charging me for my stuff and saying anything to me y'all need to fix this ASAP I live here everyday this is embarrassing

  Disrespected when not knowing the frozen yogurt wasn't working. I didn't say much when trying to see if the machines were working. After seeing they weren't working. They were starring at me like I did something wrong. I simply asked "oh they're not working?". Keep in mind no signs saying it's out of order. Then i don't know if it was a manager. But he said rudely "you're just making it harder for my employees.". I'm not a mean person but I don't appreciate the Disrespected.
