- VDVAN DANG4 days ago1.0Came here to get 2 new front tires. 2 days after I got the new tires, one of them had a leak. They told me the valve stem is leaking (which they probably damaged during installation) and I had to pay to replace it. Next day, my pressure sensor went out on that tire (which they probably broke while working on the tire) and I had to pay for that too! I had to waste 2 Saturday morning and had to pay for extra parts and labor twice for something they probably were responsible for. Not saying that they were 100% responsible for the broken valve stem and broken tire pressure sensor ( because im not knowledgeable in the field of tire services), but my common sense tells me that it's the case! Not saying all Mavis Tires does bad work, but this location won't be one that I'll ever come back to.

The mechanics all know what they're talking about and sometimes you even walk out learnin' something from it. I came in for a grinding sound in my brakes and was expecting to have to buy new ones, about an hour later the manager called me and told me my brakes and rotors were all good and that it was just a slightly loose bolt. Problem solved, car runs good, Thank You Guys!

Do I need to say more?! All the 1 star reviews are BS, "I took my custom modded temu $5 rims to mavis and they broke them waaaah". Or "my 30 year old rusted toyota pick up never had a check engine light come on before they changed my air filter". Ignore the 1IQ reviews, this place is for the smart customers.
