I've been taken advantage of by other dealerships in the past, so I truly appreciate the integrity and transparency I experienced here. The entire process was smooth and stress-free.   I’ve been a customer of Eurofed for a while and normally visit the Main Street location. Unfortunately, I’ve had multiple unpleasant experiences with the front desk employee, Shane. Most recently, I stopped by on Monday to see if I could drop my car off for an oil change. Before I could even discuss my options, Shane immediately emphasized how backed up they were and said they wouldn’t be able to get to it right away. I then asked what the soonest available appointment was, and he said Wednesday. However, before even scheduling the appointment, he again stressed how backed up they were, said he couldn’t guarantee it would be completed, and suggested I take my vehicle to another Eurofed location instead. As a customer, it left me feeling like my business wasn’t valued or wanted. I completely understand that shops get busy, but there’s a difference between setting realistic expectations and making a customer feel like they’re an inconvenience. This wasn’t my first negative interaction with Shane, which is why I decided to take his suggestion and visit another location. I’m so glad I did. The Scenic Highway location completely changed my experience. The gentleman at the front desk (I unfortunately didn’t catch his name) listened as I explained what had happened, was understanding, professional, and welcoming, and made sure I received the services I needed. He got me in and out without any issues and reminded me why I continue to choose Eurofed. The difference in customer service between the two locations was night and day. I highly recommend the Scenic Highway location and hope the Main Street location addresses the customer service concerns at the front desk, because first impressions truly matter.

  They were an advocate for getting warranty work covered by the "evil" warranty folks and agent that had to come approve any warranty work. Definitely reasonably priced considering the cars they work on are over engineered vehicles (it's those darn Germans). The stealership would've charged double. You pay a little of a premium price over the generic repair shop that isn't fully equipped to handle every possible repair scenario, so in the end you're getting the quality repairs done and saving long term versus skimping up front. Very professional, very knowledgeable, and fast. 11/10 stars. "It goes to eleven"
