    Ok, now. They try. Kinda. But here's my problem, and know this...THEY ONLY TAKE CHIP CARDS! No swipe, no tap, JUST chip. Granted, that's a lousy time to find out my chip feature isn't working, but come on...there HAS to be a better way.

    I have never been to this location and they give you a dirty car, and rude customer service! It’s new people in here and by far not the best experience especially the guy who gives the keys! Basically just LAZINESS and can tell everyone there just for a check no enthusiasm or love for their job. By far the worst experience for this location we have ever experienced. The cars have all kinds of noticeable dings and deep scratches and they renting them as is. No washing, vacuum nothing! Basically here go ya car give me your money and get out my face attitude. The vehicle needs servicing. And they rented me this car knowing this!

    Renting a car here was the worst experience of my life. I made a reservation and called to confirm it three times. Having verified on all three occasions that the car I booked would be available, I arrived at the location that morning. However, the staff told me the car wasn't there and directed me to another branch about 10 miles away. Because of this, I missed an important meeting that morning and let down my key business partners. On top of that, I had to pay an extra $30 for an Uber. When I arrived at the other location, they gave me the same type of vehicle but slyly charged me $30 more than the rate I had originally booked. It was a deceptive trick—one that would have gone unnoticed had I not caught it myself. I cannot help but question Enterprise's corporate conscience and ethics. They treat customers with contempt and rip them off with exorbitant charges. They need to restore corporate ethics. They also need to provide better training for their employees.

    Will never come back to this location!! In a personal emergency I checked in for a rental the day prior and took a Lyft to pick it up.. they awaited all the way to arrivals to say they had no cars. I was sent check in details the morning of instead of just canceling my reservation which is so inconsiderate. No alternatives suggestions nothing. Will be reaching out to corporate management. There’s plenty of alternative enterprises that will tell you if there’s cars available or not online. I’m not falling for the generic message. To be told there’s no cars after waiting 15 minutes with no sense of acknowledgement from the staff other than a gestural nod to approach the counter and me having a medical diagnosis while dismissed without recommendations, relocating, or any accommodations regarding a vehicle is ridiculous.

    My experience with Enterprise Rent-A-Car was extremely disappointing. The customer service was unprofessional, and I received inconsistent information from multiple representatives. The vehicle I was given was not properly cleaned and did not meet the expectations set during the reservation process. When I raised my concerns, I experienced long wait times and little effort to resolve the issues. Communication was poor, and I felt that my concerns were not taken seriously. The overall rental process was frustrating and stressful, which is the opposite of what customers expect when renting a vehicle. Based on this experience, I would not recommend this Enterprise Rent-A-Car and will be considering other rental companies in the future.
