  They steal your money. I canceled my account 3 months ago and they are still withdrawing money out of my account. Online it says canceled. Now they won't respond to emails and they won't answer the phone. The car wash sucks and now they are thieves. Please go somewhere else like Tommy's. Reported them to BBB.

  They signed me up for a monthly subscription without my approval. They don't answer your calls, and you cannot cancel the subscription. Poor customer service.

  The members line is never open and the second set of vacuums are never open. There's also a ridiculous amount of dirt as you pull out of the car wash and trash. It doesn't look like the property is very well maintained. There was also no clean towels today! Why would I want to be a member here? Lol

  The page isn’t updated properly as the location is closed due to dumpsters being out, cones blocking the entrance, & being very inconvenient to customers not knowing.
