  Never clean clothes in baskets. Always have to walk to the office to ask for them.

  Not a good car wash. The vehicle was still dirty and the water smelled. I almost stopped wiping down the vehicle to go to my normal car wash that offers a better wash and tire shine for the same price of $12. The basic wash here doesn't even include tire shine. Never again.

  They steal your money. I canceled my account 3 months ago and they are still withdrawing money out of my account. Online it says canceled. Now they won't respond to emails and they won't answer the phone. The car wash sucks and now they are thieves. Please go somewhere else like Tommy's. Reported them to BBB.

  They signed me up for a monthly subscription without my approval. They don't answer your calls, and you cannot cancel the subscription. Poor customer service.
