Jonathan was great to work with from start to finish. I originally called a week before my appointment just to get pricing and he was able to price match tires from another competitor and I was very impressed by that. I immediately noticed the high level of service over the phone and it carried to the appointment.

If I could give John and his unprofessional team 0 stars I would. Please never come to this location. I hate that I trusted them and gave their business a chance and I strongly suggest that you don't either. Do not fall for the specials enticing you to give Tire Discounters Bulldog your service. They do not operate ethically, morally or professionally. I went to this location less than a month ago and was told I had received an oil change an alignment and 4 new tires. After paying and leaving I noticed that my cars engine sounded like a race car and it would start to make a louder noise to accelerate, and I stopped and checked the dip stick to find ZERO OIL IN MY CAR! The tip of the stick had dark oil at the very very very tip revealing these people stole my investment in this service and never completed it. SHAMEFUL AND UNETHICAL. I called and John immediately played it off of blaming my engine and motor type saying it burns oil. Anyone with common sense would know joe unlikely out would be for my car to burn a full motor of oil in less 30 days without signs of smoke an odor or a combination of the two. If there was a leak to remove that much oil in such short time I'd most likely see evidence of that in my driveway or where Od been parked for long periods of time. John was not apologetic he kept blaming the motor and my vehicle. Disgusting management. He's dishonest and I strongly ask you to avoid this location. His unprofessional associate taunted me on my way to my car and said "The infamous GDI HYUNDAI motor TUH!" and then proceeded to use intimidation and watch me get in the car and sit in the parking lot instead of returning back into the shop and resuming his work. As I am driving away my engine sounds like it now has permanent damage due to John and his teams wrongful negligence to never put oil in my car during the oil change about two and a half weeks ago. Save yourself the trouble. Do not patron this business they will damage your car, lie to your face, try to cover it up and then taunt you. They don't even have high mileage oil here. Please don't make the same mistake I did. An actual genuine apology and admission of error instead of taking advantage and assuming a woman's ignorance would have gone a long way. He should have been professional and offered me a refund. Inconsiderate.
