  I literally just left here and I’m honestly shocked by how rude the customer service was. This happened on August 25th around 9:15 PM. I came in to see if someone could help me install my headlights, which they’ve helped me with before without any issues. The first employee told me he couldn’t help because he was new, so he asked a woman who I believe was his manager to assist me. She was a short, heavy-set Hispanic woman and came out with the craziest attitude. She proceeded to lecture me about my fuses needing to be fixed first. I have absolutely no problem being told what the root issue is or being advised that something needs to be fixed before installing my headlights. It was the WAY she said it. Her tone was extremely condescending and dismissive, and she spoke to me like I was inconveniencing her by simply asking for help. She might as well have told me to get the hell out of her face. I’m in my 20s, and she’s clearly older than me so I think she thought she could little-girl me because I’m young. Regardless, this was genuinely the rudest customer service I have ever experienced in my entire life, and I wish I was joking. If management is reading this, I hope the description, date, and time make it clear exactly who I’m referring to. I came in expecting basic customer service and left feeling completely disrespected. If I could give negative stars, I absolutely would.

  Where do I start???? I had just gotten off work and I was super tired but I needed to get some new bulbs for my headlights so I stopped in and let me just tell you that the young lady named FAITH went above and beyond with her customer service it blew me away and I’m so happy I decided to go in and I’ll definitely go back… Autozone you did an amazing job by hiring her THANK YOU SO MUCH FAITH YOU ARE AMAZING 🩷🩷🩷🩷🩷🩷🩷

  Came in today to get my check engine light diagnosis and jim was happy to help even though he was swamped. No attitude just strong customer service!

  I visited this store to return a fuse box. When I walked in, I noticed the manager, who identified herself as Anita, sitting on top of the counter. There were only two employees in the store, and I want to mention that the other employee was very helpful and professional. When I went to the counter to exchange the part, Anita asked for my phone number. I explained that I could not provide my phone number. I had my receipt and had paid with my credit card, so the store already had proof of my purchase. Despite that, she refused to process the exchange because I would not provide my phone number. She told me she had the right to refuse the exchange. When I politely asked on what grounds, she laughed instead of providing an explanation. I even offered an alternative phone number in an attempt to resolve the situation, but she still refused. This wasn't about a $10 fuse box. It was about the customer service and the principle of refusing a legitimate exchange for what appeared to be an arbitrary reason. Throughout the interaction, I remained respectful and simply explained that I was not comfortable giving out my personal phone number. Unfortunately, I left feeling that I was treated unfairly and without respect.
