- FMFatima MondragonJun 18, 20261.0I arrived around 7:25 PM and confirmed with the associate that the car wash was still open, so I purchased a wash expecting to use the vacuums afterward. After my wash, I moved my car twice to find an open vacuum, and at no point did the associate mention that the vacuums were no longer available. It wasn’t until I had folded my seats down and was completely ready to start vacuuming that I was told I couldn’t use them. Closing time wasn’t until 8:00 PM, so I still had plenty of time to vacuum my car. Had I known the vacuums would be unavailable, I wouldn’t have paid for the wash in the first place. Better communication from the staff would have prevented this frustrating experience. I will not be coming back to this car wash.

I came on a Saturday obviously a busy day for car washes waited in line paid my money and was told by an employee. The reason why the back of my vehicle is still dirty is because they don’t brush the back of SUVs or pick up trucks on busy days. Because it’s “too busy“But you still charge full price for a wash.

And lied and said they watched the cameras which they never had access to . The whole experience has been horrible. Tony the manager said he can’t say sorry because that would mean they did something wrong like huh? Just a sorry that happened to your car would’ve been nice. But yeah do no take your car there per poor customer service .
