    I bought a membership at the south cobb location and can't even use it because it is constantly closed or being remodeled. I have never experienced such an inconvenience. I will be canceling my membership. I am tired of yall wasting my money!!! Don't even waste yours...

    I paid for a one time deal of $18.00 for unlimited washes until May 31,2026, however, I wasn't told it would be recurring, nor did he tell be it would be cost more! Im not happy about that! Now I have to go through the app to cancel the membership because you can't get a LIVE PERSON!! SO FRUSTRATING.
