  We’ve been customers of Motorcars International for about 20 years, through two owners. They’ve worked on two Acuras and several Hondas. We trust them to do consistently good work. They are honest and reasonably priced. They provide courteous service without surprises. We now drive almost 15 miles across town to continue using them after we moved from Smyrna.

  I recently went to get my 2018 Volkswagen Tiguan serviced at 80,000 miles for a transmission flush. They kept me well informed on updates and were very transparent on prices/price changes. The receptionist was very knowledgeable and explained why the work was necessary for the longevity of my car. I would definitely recommend them for someone with a European car looking for a trustworthy small business for car repairs/maintenance.

  Great service! Staff is personable and attentive. Diagnostic was performed and they determined head gasket needed to be replaced; Coolant fluid was leaking. Motorcars International properly diagnosed my car’s problem.

  I had an excellent experience recently. I brought my car in late evening after it wouldn't start. The next morning Tara called to let me know they were working on it and called me periodically to give me updates and to make sure I was comfortable with their recommendations and pricing. I absolutely recommend Motorcars.

  My 2022 Toyota Corolla Cross experienced a flashing light indicating that the airbag system required a dealership inspection. According to the General Warranty Corporation (GWC), which offers the “best” warranty, I contacted Motorcars International, where I spoke with Tara. She was exceptionally kind, warm, and welcoming. She promptly addressed my inquiries and scheduled a visit the following day. Upon arrival, I received a courtesy diagnostic. Tara informed me that my vehicle would need to be held for a day to thoroughly assess the issue. Two fault codes were identified: deployment control circuit and restraint control module. Consequently, the airbag clockspring necessitated replacement. Tara provided exceptional service, going above and beyond to offer feedback and keep me informed about the costs and labor involved. Notably, they engaged in a challenging battle with my purported top warranty, resulting in numerous missed calls and the need for specific warranty requirements to repair my vehicle. I am deeply grateful for their efforts, particularly Tara’s unwavering dedication. She diligently ensured that I was given the right payment amount, from GWC Warranty for the necessary repairs to bring my vehicle up to code and back to me. I wholeheartedly recommend Motorcars International to anyone in need of automotive service.
