Don't believe the Google rating. This place is mediocre. Took 3 cars there - first went as planned, but waiting room was less than desirable with ants on my stuff at two different spots. Whatever, a Chick-Fil-A is nearby to stop. 2nd car took over two hours, but complicated due to my European car. Ok, but could have used a phone call to warn me of the delay. Took 3rd car the day after, but they have lost my reservation. I show it with the confirmation code, and they cannot find it, but no problem, just re-enter me and no one on the alignment machine, so should be quick. I look up from Chick-Fil-A after an hour, and my car is where I parked it and another car is on the alignment lift. Again, just call and let me know there was a misunderstanding or whatever. I just grabbed my keys and will not go back =(

I arrived at 8:30 am after calling and being told I could come now because they are not busy. I only needed one tire fixed and I didn’t leave until 11:30am. I waited three hours with no update about how long it was gonna take or why it was taking so long anyway. I definitely won’t be back. Definitely don’t recommend.

This place is great. I always have problems with my tires, and the guys who work here are always kind, patient, and accommodating. They’re willing to help however they can. Most of the time, they’re dealing with stressful situations because everyone needs their car ASAP, but I’ve seen them demonstrate nothing but calmness and professionalism. I will continue to support this location as long as I live near!

My son bought his first car yesterday. He drove it almost 100 miles and realized it was shaking and thought he had a flat. When he got home I test drove it and I immediately thought it needed a balance. At about 11PM, I made him an appointment first thing in the morning at Mavis Tires.
I sent him on his way, he's 19, he has to figure it out sometime. Lamont was who helped him from start to finish. He was upfront and explained everything to him and anything that my son couldn't remember he said, he explained to me as well on FT.
I would go back for my own car. Lamont also explained all the warranties at checkout and when I needed him to repeat some so I can write them down and/or highlight them on the final bill, he happily did.

Went in for an oil change on my truck. Service took a little over an hour at a busy time which is pretty good in my opinion. I checked my own air filter and fluids prior to service and found everything was in good shape which they verified. Service advisors were kind, professional, and honest. They communicated the pricing of the service well, only note to add is the call center didn't have the right price quoted for the service when I set the appointment. The technician set tire pressures and topped off washer fluid without me asking. I was an automotive technician for 7 years and I gotta say despite looking closely I don't have anything bad to say about the shop.
