I had a bad experience with this shop due to their lack of technicians. I had a tire that was leaking air that needed to be fixed as well as a tire rotation and rear bulb replaced. The customer service rep was good and warned me on Friday that they were low staffed and told me to come back on Saturday at a certain time. I returned and left my car. After a couple of hours, there had been no progress, and one of the two technicians had gone home sick. I waited 4 hours total and they had rotated my tires only handing my keys back to me with a tire pressure on the leaky tire of 13 PSI. They said they did not find a leak. I had to fill it up on their free air machine before leaving their parking lot. They did not replace the bulb as the "correct technician" who does that service was not there and they suggested that I come back on Sunday. I was not going to try again on day 3 for such simple tasks. I went to a local Pep Boys and they found the leak, which could not be repaired, replaced the tire and the bulb, and I was up and running in no time. I won't be back again to Mavis. I wonder why they can't keep technicians.

BE CAREFUL: Avoid this shop if you can. I came in with a nail in the center of my tire that was clearly fixable, and their staff agreed that my tread was good and they’d be able to repair my tire. I scheduled an appointment for the next day, came back, waited an hour and a half, and was told they couldn't patch it and that I needed a full new set of tires because my tread was too low. I’m not super knowledgeable and something felt off, so before agreeing I got a second opinion from someone who knows cars. They said I had at least another year of life left in my tires. So, I took my car to another shop (Discount Tires) who repaired the exact same tire for free in under 45 minutes. My tires easily cost $200-$250 each, so it felt like Mavis Tires tried to pressure me into an unnecessary and very expensive purchase. If you don't know much about cars yourself, get a second opinion before agreeing to anything here. Or skip the trouble and go somewhere else.
On the upside, I like that they have a working air pump.

I went to Mavis to get my slow leaking flat tire fixed. They patched a tire which was not the tire that I requested to be fixed and sent me back home with the tire that was flat untouched. The next day when it was time to get my kid from daycare, the tire was once again flat. I brought the car back to Mavis and every excuse under the sun was given as to why they fixed the wrong tire. No apologies, no acknowledgement of their mistake, to the point that one of the men working there (who I have never spoken to previously) claimed he gave me a quote for 2 tires the day before, just to cover up their error. They changed the tire, conned me out of addition money and had no remorse for any of it. I will never spend another cent with them and I implore you to do the same. Find somewhere trust worthy and reliable.
