I’ve been in between cars for a while after dealing with a costly repair to my vehicle. During this time, I decided to rent exclusively from the Enterprise at The Battery, and I’m so glad I did. The customer service is truly top-tier, and I always feel valued and heard. Even when I’ve encountered issues, they take the time to listen, resolve the problem, and make the experience worthwhile. I’ve also seen how they treat other customers, and they consistently lead with the same level of care and professionalism. I especially want to recognize Krystal, who provides exceptional service. She is an excellent listener, thorough, and solution-oriented. She genuinely makes you feel taken care of. The Battery Enterprise team is amazing, and their customer service has earned my loyalty!!!

Not only do they always say they don’t have any other cars but this time I booked a standard car and they called it an “upgrade” to an old SUV covered in dents and not properly cleaned. They have refused to acknowledge or make it and telling me ohh you can come back the next day for a different car. If you don’t have what I book it is on you to the due diligence to find another enterprise location that does. They have permanently lost a customer.
