- PMPeter Mutua5 days ago3.0Great service people. However, disappointing that I got a compact rather than standard SUV which was a little constricted in space. The car ran well other than that. Will try again and hopefully get the car I reserved.

Not only do they always say they don’t have any other cars but this time I booked a standard car and they called it an “upgrade” to an old SUV covered in dents and not properly cleaned. They have refused to acknowledge or make it and telling me ohh you can come back the next day for a different car. If you don’t have what I book it is on you to the due diligence to find another enterprise location that does. They have permanently lost a customer.

The rental was supposed to be paid for by State Farm, yet on the same day the vehicle was due back before close of business, my bank card was charged $396 for a rental deposit/authorization without proper my permission.. Also, a prior transaction charge for $79.00 without my authorization.. I worked with an employee named Crystal, and I am very unhappy with how the situation was handled. The charge caused unnecessary stress and confusion during an already difficult situation. I believe customers should be clearly informed about any pending charges or authorizations before charges are processed. I strongly encourage others to carefully monitor their bank accounts and review all rental agreements and deposit policies before leaving the location.
