  Well, you could’ve not rented me a car with a bad tire that I had to stop at discount tire multiple times on a one day rental your branch could not be trash and leave me on hold for 30+ minutes on in when escalations is like they should fix it they shouldn’t charge you your branch also shouldn’t probably put two holds on my card while I’m on vacation for $100 rental which you know is 300 which means what $430 is what 860 Yep almost $900 worth of hold while I’m on vacation. Also your branch should actually answer the phone instead of quickly answering and placing on 30+ minute holds. your escalation department is trash they literally like we can’t do anything but we’ll try to get a hold of the branch. They will call you back. Nope we’ll try to get a hold of an area manager. They’ll call you back. Nope we can’t do anything. We’re escalations y’all need to change the name of that department. What else the Smyrna location in Atlanta is not enterprise standard by any stretch of the imagination and being a very loyal enterprise customer and from Missouri, the whole process was offensive so when my card did get charged yesterday, it definitely pissed me off. Not a fan wasn’t happy really making me rethink the entire relationship. I have a with enterprise especially in these inflationary streets if you would like me to continue and go on feel free to email me or call me you guys know my profile. you have my information.

  I came to this location to ask about same-day availability, and the experience was disappointing. A female employee with a blonde fade haircut did not greet me or make eye contact. When I asked about availability, she simply shook her head to indicate no cars were available. I then asked about other locations or any suggestions, and she just shook her head again. There was no verbal communication at all. Very unhelpful. I later called the Cobb Parkway location, where they were much more helpful—they let me know cars weren’t available at that moment but would be ready around 3:30 PM. do better.

  I was most impressed with the service I received at the South Cobb location. The employees were courteous and kind. They were prompt in getting me into a car I was comfortable in. I’ve used Enterprise in the past and will continue to do so for their customer service, quality and cleanliness of cars.
