  Hello Needed assistance with the vacuum did not work worker female said they take a minute to go on. Waiting nothing had to move to another space. Asked for towel because there was none next to vacuum. They lazy but is in the office just looking thu the windows. I get it its hot 🔥 but people need assistance .towels are in a cart..... bad service and no help from the 3 kids working for your company.

  I've been coming here since this place opened but unfortunately, it has gone downhill quite a bit. Without exaggerating, there's a 50/50 chance of the machines being out of service, and I've literally had the machine break down while I was in it. The last straw was a vehicle behind me exiting the bay while still fully submerged in soap. Until they can get these issues sorted, I'd recommend going elsewhere. There are plenty of other carwashes within a 2 mile radius.

  I started using Caliber last year and was very satisfied with their service. Earlier this year, I retired and started going to the Windy Hill location as it was closer to my house instead of on the way to work. I immediately noticed a difference in the level of service from the employees. The wash itself was still good but the employees were not as diligent or helpful. And the quality of service kept decreasing every time I visited. This last time was the worst. All the employees were either on their phones or just talking to someone. The guy that was supposed to scrub the front of my car with the brush didn't even bother because he was staring at his phone the whole time. What's worse, the vacuum system went down and they didn't even bother to tell the customers who were already at the stations finishing up. I finally walked over to someone and his first comments were "you can thank a customer for clogging the system." Instead of a sorry the system is down we will have it up again shortly, you get a blame the customer. I left 20 minutes later and the vacuum was still down. This will most likely be my last time. I may give them another shot if they send me a coupon. Otherwise, I recommend going somewhere else.

  This car wash is poorly maintained. The workers are kind and helpful, but that’s the only bright spot. Every time I go thru the car wash, something is broken. The drying portion of the car wash hasn’t worked in over a year, the vacuums almost never work, and there’s always a shortage of clean towels to detail the inside of the vehicle. Overall, the membership does not feel worth it. Good thing vacuums are free since they never work. One star purely for the nice staff.

  Nice to wash car over a protective cover, plenty of spray bottle solution & glass solution, and long vacuum hoses that actually work (even on sand removal). Staff is so nice here and it's well maintained. Pretty car wash that's not too big and overwhelming. Really happy I came here.
