  I had a terrible experience here I was being assisted by a young man named Stu, who was very helpful. The manager came outside and yelled at him and me that he couldn't help and that he needed to come back inside. I did tell her that he was almost done assisting me, and she continued to tell me that he was not allowed to do what it was that she assumed he was doing. I told her that he wasn't doing it I was but I did have a few more questions. She said I don't care he needs to come back inside. He was holding the cap to my part and even after I went back inside and asked him for it he said he would come grab it for me after he was done with the customers. A customer came outside and told me that she began to yell at him and said that he wasn't coming to help me. I just feel like her customer service was zero out of 10. I understand that there are certain things that you are not able to do because you guys are not mechanics, but I don't understand the problem with me asking him simple questions I didn't want him to perform anything outside of his duties, but she just wanted to be rude for no reason.

  Juan G. was super helpful with changing my old battery. He took the time to explain what he was doing to fix my problem, and he went the extra mile. Such a life saver!!

  This place says 7:00 am they open I’ve been parked out side for over 30 minutes waiting to get in and it’s now 7:10 on a Monday and nobody is here or even pulled in so i called the store manager and she just says they are open but they can’t open the store right now until they have somebody to open it. My car is running hot and i have class at 7:30 and this was the closest thing to me and they don’t even know if the people are going to make it to work. She doesn’t have an update just kept saying they will open when they find somebody to come in. Moral of the story stay away from this place in the morning they open at the time they say knowing they are under staffed out even just leave a not. Please i DO NOT recommend.

  Thank you Ms. Rita. Top tier service. I called early in the morning to confirm they were able to install a battery that I needed for my car and that it was in stock. Ms. Rita confirmed the battery I needed the size gave me all the options for purchasing and warranty and a few hours later I showed up and she was able to get it installed and get me back going in less than 10 minutes. Thank you so much for the great service.

  Juan just served me and he’s super nice walked me to the bolts i needed and when i needed another washer he took me right to it 10/10 service he gave me tips on proper brake fluid for my car!!! Talk to Juan if you need help he will give tou the proper advice and help. I would like to note James had a bit of an atitude and i heard him yelling at other employees that’s not going to affect my 5 star rating on Juan but i’d like to note that .
