  Absolutely ridiculous. My check engine came on went to go get it check. Only to find out they are short staff and the employee couldnt help. Even though there was no other customer there when i asked. A waste of time. zero stars

  Rita Ramirez, the Assitant Store manager was AWESOME. I took a picture of her name tag so we could leave this review. We were in a jam with our car. We were down a lightbulb which would get us a ticket. We did lots of troubleshooting and coudn't get it figured out. We went to Autozone and luckily found Rita. She solved our problem and even helped install the bulb. Shje clearly knew what she was doing because she was fast and accurate! My mom is a recent Widow and Rita assured her she would be here to help her if she ever needed. Thank you Rita!!!

  Thank you, Edinaldo, for being so kind and helpful! I was having trouble with my battery terminal yesterday, and he took the time to help me get my car running again. Without his help, I wouldn’t have even been able to make it to the repair shop. I really appreciate him going out of his way to help me.

  Very disappointing experience at this AutoZone location. My husband accidentally bought the wrong size tool. It was never opened, never used, and was still in brand-new condition. When I returned to exchange or return it, the employee told me that tools are not returnable because it’s the store’s policy. The problem is that no one mentioned this policy at the time of purchase. There was nothing on the receipt indicating that tools are non-returnable, and I couldn’t find any sign in the store explaining this policy either. If customers are expected to follow a no-return policy, it should be clearly disclosed before they pay. We even offered to accept store credit instead of a refund, but they refused that as well. There was no effort to help us find a reasonable solution, despite the tool being brand new and still sealed. This experience felt very misleading. A simple verbal notice, a sign at the register, or a statement on the receipt would have prevented this situation. Instead, we were left with a tool we cannot use. I hope AutoZone makes this policy much more transparent so other customers don’t end up in the same situation. If you’re buying tools here, make absolutely sure you have the correct item before paying because you may not be able to return, exchange it, or even receive store credit.

  Yesterday, I had the pleasure of meeting Jonathan. I went into store for brake fluid. He looked up my vintage truck in system to confirm correct product. He was super helpful and offered me different price options. Plus he put fluid in for me. He also answered questions I had about various other devices. Power steering reservoir etc. He was extremely knowledgeable, patient, and answered all mine. As senior lady with a barely used (130K miles) '99 Ford Ranger XLT pick um up truck I occasionally need parts and AutoZone doesn't let me down. If you're in area stop by and let Jonathan take care of your automotive needs!
