On a recent visit, I had an issue with a defective part and wasn't clear on how the warranty worked. Ms. Darlene took the time to walk me through the whole process patiently, made sure I understood my options, and worked with me to find a solution that actually fit my situation. I left feeling genuinely taken care of, not just processed. On a separate visit, I saw her step in to help a newer team member who wasn't sure how to handle an online return. Instead of just taking over, she walked him through it step-by-step, so he would know how to do it himself the next time. Her patience and clear communication made it obvious she genuinely cares about training her team well, not just getting through the moment. I was really impressed to see he balance great customer service with real investment in her staff. She's a great asset to this store, and I hope her efforts don't go unnoticed.

Jameka helped me and tested the battery. We found that the battery needed to be charged before they could test properly. Jameka charged my battery while I was at work. Upon my return she gave me great news telling me my battery was good and the battery just needed a charge. Jameka customer service was a breath of fresh air. Jameka made it very easy for me to get help I needed. She also helped with a check engine light code. I was having not having a great day. Jameka disposition was exemplary of great customer service.
