  I have been a loyal customer of this location for some time, which is why this experience was so disappointing. During a previous oil change, I mentioned that one of my vehicle’s lights appeared to be flickering. The technician, Eric, checked it and said nothing appeared to be wrong, but he did mention that it could mean the light was about to go out. Not long after that, I was pulled over by the police and given a warning because there was an issue with that light. I returned to this location because I wanted to have the issue properly addressed. Eric had since transferred to another location, but the employee on duty contacted him for guidance and explained the issue with my truck. When my truck was pulled in, I was told they wanted to switch the components around to determine whether the problem was with the light itself or something else. I was charged for that service. Unfortunately, when I got home, I noticed that the original problem was still there. The light and cord that were switched for testing were not the issue, and the problem remained on the same side where I originally reported it. I also asked for documentation showing what had been done to my vehicle in case I was stopped by the police again. I was then told, “I will have to charge you for that,” because the new manager, Deontae, had instructed him to do so. Essentially, I paid for a diagnostic service, but the original problem was not identified or resolved. I understand that vehicle issues can sometimes be difficult to diagnose, but I don’t believe a customer should pay for a service and leave with the exact same unresolved problem without a clear explanation of what was actually wrong. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and looks at how these situations are being handled. Good communication, proper diagnostics, and customer service matter—especially when a customer has been loyal to the location and continues bringing their vehicle there because they trust the people working on it. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend this location, nor do I plan to return. The new manager mentioned that his goal was to make the location better, which is why he was sent there. Well, he just lost one. Ask any of the previous managers how well I took care of that vehicle and how consistently I brought it to this location. I guarantee they will tell you that he lost a good customer.

  I’ve been coming to this location for 4.5 years. They take good care of me every time. Usually in and out within 20 minutes and they don’t try to over sell you in things you don’t need.

  I had a super experience at Grease Monkey! All the gentlemen were professional and thoroughly checked my car. I liked the website that had coupons. I also like the list I was given that had suggested time schedules for routine work on my car. I’ll definitely be back!

  Great courteous staff! Eric was great and you could tell he had extremely great experience both with his job and customer service!
