  Service was fine but I had to wait a long time after service because employees did not know how to use the computer with payment through Car Advise. Should be trained better.

  This is my second experience at this location and they did not disappoint. I pass several other locations to come to the Sharpsburg location for a reason. They are kind and detailed and friendly. It is worth the drive. I will definitely return when service is needed. I highly recommend. One gentleman started my service another gentleman came minutes later to assist. Both were exceptional.

  Came in for an oil change and the technician messed up. They cross threader and broke a piece and oil was spilling out of the bottom of my car. My driveway and street is covered in oil. Giving them 3 stars because they did fix it and replace the part for free.

  Disappointed in a negotiable price for an oil change. Tech said $170 for the oil change on a small sedan with an explanation using fancy words like “advanced” synthetic. “This car requires the advanced synthetic not the full synthetic, that’s why it’s more expensive”. After the $170 was questioned, the tech offered to reduce the price to $140 when the price for 5 quart synthetic oil & filter price range from Grease Monkey is $80-$110. As he offered this “Advanced synthetic” shown in yellow, he proceeded to put the grey oil option in the car but never said he was putting a different oil in the car. When the bill came out it was $130 and we had to use a coupon to get down to the regular price of a Grease Monkey 5 quart synthetic oil change. Deceptive pricing/practices in my opinion. Now the concern is they put regular oil in and charged me for synthetic. Please watch out for fancy terms and ridiculous explanations for highly inflated services. This is absolutely how you lose customers.

  Looked like it was just two dudes running the place and they were just as cool as they were professional. Oil change took around 40 minutes which is actually a green flag because that means theyre not rushing the process and are allowing as much oil to drain out as possible. Never had to step foot out of my car either. Paid $136 for 6qts of full synthetic and an oil filter. Which is fairly typical when youre paying for the labor as well.
