  Jarrell was very helpful and knowledgeable! Encouraged me to come back and get a membership . Took time to come out and clean my rims. Think I’m starting to love him I mean Zips Car Wash. Will definitely be back!! 😃😁

  I do not recommend this car wash. I came thru the wash just to have my side mirror broken. Before i went thru I tried to talk to the associate who was outside spraying cars but when I rolled my window down to ask if I was too close to the left side she proceeded to just start spraying my car with water, prompting me to roll my window up. Towards the end of the car wash I realize I definitely was too close to 1 side as there is damage to my side mirror and door. When I spoke to who I assume is the manager he was as helpful as he could be and I do appreciate that but then for them to turn around and say they aren’t at fault when I filed a claim is like a slap in the face. If you care about the integrity of your car I don’t recommend coming here.
