  Wash arm broke windshield. Put in claim as it was obvious even from attendant, that wash broke the windshield. Claim took two weeks and all they said was "sign says we aren't responsible for damage to windshield". Pretty apparent what this company thinks about customers. Don't be fooled by "owners response" here. That's just a bait and switch. I already went through that process and they know it.

  I had to leave a 5-star review after my experience at this car wash—easily the best service I’ve had in a long time. The facility itself is clean, efficient, and does an amazing job, but what really made the difference was the new location manager. From the moment I pulled in, you could tell things were being run at a higher level. The manager was actively involved, greeting customers, keeping everything moving smoothly, and making sure every car leaving looked spotless. It’s rare to see that kind of hands-on leadership, and it shows in the quality of the service. My car came out looking brand new—every detail was taken care of, from the wheels to the interior finish. On top of that, the staff seemed more attentive and motivated, which I’m sure is a direct reflection of the manager’s leadership. It’s clear this location has stepped up in a big way, and I’ll definitely be coming back regularly. If you’re looking for a car wash that actually cares about quality and customer experience, this is the place to go.
