- EVElisa “Opal” Varela4 days ago5.0I usually tag along with my boyfriend for these oil changes, so doing it for the first time by myself was very anxiety inducing as an autistic queer latina. At this Valvoline, the people there were extremely nice and explained the process to me even though it took me a few moments to process what they said. I was in Bay 1 at around 12:44 on July 6th, and unfortunately, I didn't see the nametag of the person who put the oil in (maybe it was Milo? I'm not sure. I wish I saw their name!), but Becca was keeping me company. She is a great addition to the team and I look forward to seeing her and other people like her at this Valvoline. Love seeing people of color and LGBTQIA+ thrive in communities where they find joy! ♡

- EDEmerson DayMay 30, 20261.0Last time I was here, I was forced into getting synthetic oil instead of conventional because "they were out of conventional." This time around, Davion tried to scam me into getting higher mileage oil claiming it was a "company policy" that they "couldnt go down to conventional after using synthetic. There's a difference between "company policy" and "not recommended." Upon a quick google search while I was sitting there being lied to, this is inaccurate. Instead of handling this professionally, he got visibly irritable, snippy, and told us to go somewhere else. We went to the location on White Bluff and had an AMAZING experience where it was clarified that was not a company policy, it was just not recommended, and handled the situation so kindly and professionally. Will not be returning to this awful location.
