- EKE KSep 25, 20261.0I have been calling this store nonstop for over an hour and no one has answered. I went for an oil and filter change, apparently the filters had to be ordered and I waited about 15 minutes and I was told I could come back at 3pm when both filters were ready and I was okay with that. At 3pm I tried to drive back and my car is now messed up. My car was shaking as soon as I turned it on, I could barely get it car around the corner because it would not accelerate or turn. The brake light came on as well and luckily the car was able to slowly roll and I was able to park it behind my house. I had to call customer service and submit a claim, even the associate was not able to reach this store. So now I am waiting with my car sitting not being able to drive it. I did not have any of these problems before today.
