They broke a nut in the tire of my car and scratched the rings of the tires when rotating the tires and when complaining they only say come such a day there will be an answer and that today it was one hundred percent sure that they would call me at 3pm to let me know if they would fix the damage they caused to my car but I did not receive a call

My wife went there to have her oil light checked. We had the oil previously changed at Mavis Tires on Victory with only ~1500 miles on the current oil change. The Valvoline technicians explained that the reason for the light was the filter used was the wrong one. I have called Valvoline 3x to try and speak with the manager about this with no luck. I want to understand what filter they pulled off so I can take that info to Mavis as feedback. I also want to understand why an entirely new oil change was required given the life of the oil remaining and why we were charged for extra oil on a 3.6L motor.
