When my car was returned to me, it was returned In worse condition than when I brought it in. Whatever they had done, they had bumped something and now I have a leak in coolant and my car is undrivable. When I came to them with this, off the bat they were completely defensive and rude, already showing a sign that they held some responsibility and guilt. Then they wanted to charge me even more to fix a problem they have created. DON’T EVER TAKE YOUR CAR HERE THESE ARE THE MOST UNPROFESSIONAL PEOPLE I HAVE EVER WITNESSED. THEY ARE CROOKS AND WILL LIE TO YOUR FACE. I WOULDN’T EVEN TAKE A CAR HERE TO HAVE THE WINDSHIELD WIPERS REPLACED. THIS IS THE MOST DISGUSTING EXAMPLE OF CUSTOMER SERVICE AND AN INSULT TO EVERY MECHANIC OUT THERE. Thanks for the response, Mike. It’s always interesting how the rhetoric changes when behind a computer. And if you have indeed encountered customers like me, then you would know how to speak with them respectfully, explain the situation, and not be combative in attempts to shift or displace blame.
