  My rental was not refueled. There was a constant dinging sound. I called customer service , after flying for four hours, she wanted me to go back another 45 minutes. When I explained everything to her, she hung the phone up. Really is this the way you were trained. (Wow)

  I had the most exceptional experience that I have ever had leasing a car. Ever. From the very beginning with the gentleman who initially helped me in the airport, to the folks at the stand outside that provided me with the car, to the actual SUV that was provided to me: the most stunning, enormous gorgeous Suburban. It was EXACTLY what I was in need of! I cannot tell you how much it helped me, accomplished the needs that I needed, and how remarkably it handled and drove all the way to Upstate New York and back. I wish I could buy that car! Not only this, the folks on the return end of things were equally fabulous. I honestly feel grateful. I might sound corny, but I am so grateful across the board. And I'm going to try hard to follow up with who my initial gentleman was that helped me at the desk in the airport because he was phenomenal!   Excellent and thoughtful service at every step of the way! When my flight from Boston was delayed and I had to modify my rental car reservation to the next day, I called the customer service line. A staff person named Jesus took my call and was so thoughtful, kind, and responsive in changing the start time for my pick up, given my delayed flight. His knowledgeable, thoughtful, organized, and genuinely kind service gave me a sense of peace of mind when I needed to recalibrate on my plans. Service in the Savannah airport was thoughtful and efficient when I arrived. When I dropped off the car in Charleston, I got lost and ended up at the wrong lot where cars are repaired. A kind staff person named Arthur saw that I was lost, stopped what he was doing, and navigated me to the correct location. Service was efficient and streamlined, but even more so, as these examples indicate, staff went the extra mile to make sure that my needs were met and were genuinely kind and thoughtful. Thank you for excellent service!
