  We had engine trouble on the Jeep Cherokee that we rented. It took us an entire day to get another vehicle. The Assistance was horrible

  I've been a loyal National and Enterprise customer for years and frequent customer to the Savannah airport location, and this recent experience reminded me exactly why. The car was great, the staff were professional, and the pickup and return were seamless — as usual. But what really stood out this time was how corporate National as well as the Savannah Airport branch handled a billing concern I brought to their attention. They absolutely did not have to do what they did, but they went above and beyond to make it right. That kind of customer care is rare, and it means everything to a frequent traveler. National has earned my loyalty many times over, but this time they reinforced it. Highly recommend.

  Using Emerald Aisle made selecting the car easy, but the checkout process at Savannah airport took over an hour. While the system is supposed to be quick and convenient, the exit process was slow and poorly managed, which took away from the overall experience.
