The store was supposed to open at 8:00, but no one showed up to open the doors until around 8:30. That person was obviously angered by the inconvenience and did not offer any apologies. She literally pulled up, got out of the car, unlocked the door and drove away.
There were two other employees waiting for the store to open also. Ms Ronique was very nice and apologetic. She said that she’d already contacted the manager. Once I was able to get in the store, Ronique and the Tech, DJ, were very efficient and kind.

Ronique at Mavis Tire was very helpful! You can tell that she cares about the customers and that they have full transparency. I will definitely be going back when she’s there!

Leigh or Liyah was very unprofessional you can tell she doesn’t like the order colleague Ronique the way she tried to belittle and talk to her and myself! The manager Vincent is missing teeth and very unprofessional as well! They talking bad about employees in front of customers that’s a number one no no! I really want a second opinion on my alignment because they finished way too fast!
Very unprofessional! Then Leighia get body language got uneasy when I explained that they we’re supposed to place my hub cap back on! She acted as if she got upset but it could’ve easily been avoided had she not shooed me off with her attitude in the very beginning!

You can go to literally any other Mavis Discount Tire location—just NOT this one on Victory.
This place is a complete failure in both attitude and technical competence.
About a month ago, I had a minor tire leak. I chose this location simply because it was closer to my home. The staff here told me they could not fix it. No explanation, no effort—just “we can’t.”
So I went to another Mavis location on E Anderson St, and guess what? They fixed it immediately with zero hesitation, and even did a proper inspection and advised me to replace the tire due to sidewall damage. That alone already says a lot about the level of incompetence at this store.
But the worst experience happened this week.
After replacing my tires, I needed a wheel alignment before driving to Orlando. The Anderson location’s machine was down, so I had no choice but to come back to this Victory location. I arrived at 2:15 PM, planning to leave town at 4:30 PM.
From the moment I walked in, the staff acted completely unprofessional. The first employee I spoke to literally told me she was about to get off work and that I needed to wait for someone else. I waited 15 minutes—no one came. I had to go find her myself, only to see her chatting casually with another employee. After I asked again, someone finally entered my alignment into the system.
At that time, there were no other cars being aligned. I expected a normal wait—30 minutes to maybe an hour. Instead, I was told it would take TWO HOURS. I didn’t understand why, but I still trusted them and agreed to wait.
Here’s where it gets ridiculous.
I left briefly to prepare for my trip and came back at 4:15 PM. When I arrived, both original employees were gone. My car, which I had personally seen placed on the alignment rack earlier, was now sitting outside. Another car was on the machine.
I thought my car was done.
Nope. The front desk told me they hadn’t even started.
So what exactly were they doing with my car TWO HOURS AGO? Moving it around for fun?
Then they told me it would take “at least another hour.”
I waited again—like an idiot—for another full hour. During that time, TWO other cars that arrived after me were completed before mine. Do they not understand what “first come, first served” means?
At this point, my entire travel plan was already delayed. At 5:30 PM, I went up (for the SECOND time in total, after waiting a full hour) to ask for an update. The employee rolled his eyes at me and said, in an extremely impatient tone:
“If you keep coming up here and asking, it’s making me anxious.”
Then he handed me my keys and told me to leave.
Seriously?
You let other customers cut in line, wasted THREE HOURS of my time, never even started the service, and somehow YOU are the one feeling “anxious”?
I have never experienced anything like this at any tire shop, anywhere. If you don’t have the ability to do a simple alignment, just say so upfront. I could have gone to literally ANY other shop in Savannah. Instead, I trusted the Mavis brand—and this location completely destroyed that trust.
Three hours. Zero work done. Terrible attitude.
Avoid this location at all costs. This is easily the worst Mavis store I’ve ever encountered.

Dios mio man. I made an appointment on Sunday. The tires came in on time today. And my truck is back at home with new Toyos. When does that happen in this town?
(Actually it just happened at Skidaway Auto also! 2 for 2 in a month! Weird month.)
Additionally, I elected the tire rotation but my wheels were so straight I didn’t need it. Rather than just charging me and collecting on something I would never know, I was told and saved the $90.
Bravo to Vince and his team! Thank you. Highly recommend.
