Dj at Mavis tires on victory is the best!! Not only does he have great customer service skills but he is very knowledgeable. I can tell he actually cares about his work rather than simply completing the job at a bare minimum level. Overall he is amazing and I will definitely be returning!

I was trying to drive 6 hours back home to my parent’s house but my battery died before I could even leave town, and on a Sunday too! I was running around trying to find someone who would replace my mini cooper’s battery for me and Joshua saved the day fitting me in, big thanks to the mechanics too (i know mini coopers are annoying lol) !!

I highly recommend Mavis on E. Victory Drive! From the moment I walked through the door, I was greeted by DJ, who also serviced my car. He offered knowledgeable advice and informed me about other issues with my vehicle that others had overlooked.
DJ was very professional, intelligent, and helpful. A lot of places will simply do what you came in for and send you on your way, but he took the time to explain things and make sure I understood what was going on with my car. As a woman who doesn’t know much about cars, I truly appreciated his patience and honesty. Excellent customer service!

Brought my car in, was told they needed to replace the tire rod. When finished they told me I also needed brakes, rotors, struts and there was a crack in my control arm. Quoted me 2350 plus tax. I was sick and needed my car the next for appointments. Once I was better I brought it to my Auto repair shop. My brakes were still like new, rotors fine, struts fine and there is no crack in my control arm. All lies!!!! The tire rod they said was bent and needed to be replaced, well the piece they replaced doesn't bend, also a lie!!!! I gave one star because it was necessary. They were friendly cons. Smile, laugh and rob you!!!

I had a great experience at Mavis getting the wheel bearings replaced on my Subaru Forester. Josh, Noah, and Sean were all knowledgeable, helpful, and professional, but what really stood out was how genuinely nice they were. They took the time to explain what was going on with my car, answered my questions, and made the whole experience feel easy and straightforward.
It’s not always easy to find a shop where you feel comfortable and well taken care of, and I really appreciated the way they treated me. My car is running much better, and I would definitely recommend this Mavis location. Thank you, Josh, Noah, and Sean!
