Oil is the lifeblood of every standard vehicle on the road. It's crucial to regularly check your oil and schedule oil change service for your car to ensure it runs properly. Regular service also allows us to check for leaks in your engine that could shorten your vehicle's lifespan and lead to other avoidable problems.
Rotating your vehicle's tires is important for maintaining and managing treadwear on your tires, and in some cases is required in order to preserve your tires' warranty.
We can service, replace, and repair exhaust systems, catalytic converters, tailpipes, and mufflers. Ensuring these systems are working properly is key to elongating the life of your vehicle and maintaining optimal performance.
Proper wheel and tire alignment helps your car's tires last longer, increases fuel economy, and improves your vehicle's handling. Our highly-trained tire alignment experts are ready to provide you the reliable, quality service you need to get back on the road.
Your vehicle's shocks, struts, and suspension are key components to ensure your vehicle's performance and a more comfortable ride. As such, it's important to properly maintain these components on your vehicle.
Nothing ruins a day faster than a dead car battery. Many factors could lead to your car not starting — a bad battery, failed alternator, or worn-out starter are just a few examples.
Our highly-trained auto technicians and mechanics have decades of experience diagnosing, repairing, and replacing worn out car batteries. We understand how important a reliable car battery is for your car or truck to run and operate reliably. Every car battery replacement and installation we perform uses trusted brands and comes with a limited warranty on parts and service.
There's not much worse than getting in your car, turning that key and seeing that little exclamation point icon telling you that you have low tire pressure. But if you just filled up your tires yesterday and you're still seeing that warning, it may be time to replace your vehicle's TPMS sensor.

had a great experience at Mavis Tires & Brakes on East Victory Drive. Josh provided excellent customer service from start to finish. He got my front right tire replaced quickly, kept me informed throughout the process, and made everything easy and hassle-free. It’s refreshing to find someone who is professional, friendly, and genuinely cares about taking care of customers. If you need tire service, I highly recommend asking for Josh. Thanks again for the outstanding service!

Specially the one on victory, had not real great customer service 😅 well I can’t speak for everyone there but personally on Friday I had an appointment and ended up sleeping through it, so I called to get an idea of when I could come in again, and I was met with someone telling me the mechanic had something he had to take care of which is fine, but it’s when I asked if they knew when he’d be back if I could just come tmrw or something and I was met with a snarky remark “sir I just told you our mechanic had a accident to take care of” multiple times instead of just telling me they didn’t know or just to call back later and check I just feel it coulda been handled very differently over the phone then again i coulda just taken it wrong which is also why this isn’t under a lower star because I personally love mavis they’ve always been good i just didn’t expect to be met with this when asking about when a mechanic would be available

Robert was amazing. Told him over the phone I needed a set under 300 and he made it happen no questions asked. The rest of the crew was awesome as well. Had me out within an hour and even offered to attempt the alignment check even though my car has modified suspension. It's a shame none of them knew how to drive a manual transmission, though, but it was kind of fun getting to drive my car into the shop. They explained things clearly in a way someone with no experience would understand but also didn't assume I didn't know what I was talking about. Even brought me back to the shop to check and make sure they werent going to damage anything with the modified suspension. Amazing experience.

I had a scheduled appointment for 11:00 am. When I arrived, the lady at the counter didn't know how to calculate the service i needed done, and had to call someone to figure it out. I was then told to wait in the lobby and they'll be with me shortly. After 2 hours of sitting in the lobby, I was then told, "we have alot going on and can't change your tires today." So 2 hours of my time was wasted, when I could've been told that when I arrived, and didn't have to go through the headache of the lady not knowing how to ring up my service. Then to sit in the lobby for 2 hours, and told come back another day. Sorry, I'll stop using Mavis completely and take my business some where else.
I will be posting a review on Google Maps of this terrible service and experience.
