  We had a rental car from the airport that picked up a nail, and continued to go flat! Mavis fixed it in 45 minutes and we on our way. Thank you Donna for getting us in do quickly. Donna is so efficient, great in prioritizing customers, keeping the shop efficient and all with a smile. Very positive experience

  11/10 EXPERIENCE, QUALITY WORK, EXTREMELY FRIENDLY & GO THE EXTRA MILE !!! I stopped by to ask about a service, and although they did not offer it, what happened next really impressed me. As I was leaving, I accidentally hit the front of my car and my lip kit broke apart and fell off. The service manager, Steve, and Justin immediately stepped in to help. They put my car on the lift, took their time fixing everything properly, found the right screws, and made it even more sturdy than before. They initially refused to charge me and said it was just a kind gesture, but it did not feel right because of how much they helped me. I ended up going to the bank next door to get cash and give it to the manager because I truly appreciated their time and effort. This was some of the best customer service I have ever experienced. I have gotten my tires from them before and will definitely continue coming back. Truly great people.

  I recently had the pleasure of working with the service manager Knox at this automotive shop, and I can confidently say the experience exceeded all expectations. From the moment I walked in, he demonstrated outstanding customer service skills—welcoming, attentive, and genuinely focused on making sure I felt comfortable and informed. What stood out most was his attitude. He remained positive, patient, and professional throughout the entire process, taking the time to clearly explain what my vehicle needed without ever making me feel rushed or pressured. It’s rare to find someone who combines deep knowledge with such a friendly and respectful approach. He truly goes above and beyond for his customers. Whether it was answering all my questions, keeping me updated on progress, or ensuring everything was handled smoothly, his commitment to excellent service was obvious. You can tell he takes pride in his work and genuinely cares about the people he’s helping. If you’re looking for an automotive shop where you’ll be treated with honesty, respect, and top-tier service, this is the place—and he’s a big reason why. Highly recommended.

  Walked in to get a physical copy of my warranty. Knox was super nice and helpful. I waited while he printed it out. Then this girl comes in the store to get service, but i guess her warranty expired as knox was explaining it to her. She didnt want no for an answer so she threaten him with her son Quan to 💥💥 Knox behind the counter. I immediately got scared and went to the front and called my friend. I saw knox called the cops and told the lady to leave. She was very loud, threatening while she was on the phone with a man (she never called the cops) after all that was done i asked knox for corporates number to tell my side. Its unfair to see hard working people treated in a distasteful manner. Regardless of how disrespectful she was, knox and the other employees remained calm as they waited for the police to arrive. it may be the girl who left the last review. Everything michelle Maynard said was a lie and complete waste of time. Should've just paid to get a new warranty or get a physical copy to keep up with it 💁🏻‍♀️

  I wish I could give a negative one, but this will just have to suffice. I walked in on 4-21-2026 to have my warranty honored, to no avail that did not happen. The employee I encountered name was Knox, he is highly rude, and very disrespectful. He called himself cursing at me and I reacted, Knox called the police on me, Typical them! Give respect that you want to receive to others. I did call corporate and I emailed corporate, and will stay on top of the Knox situation, because he doesn’t need to work in an environment that deals with customers , bad day or not do your job correctly at all times. I just know from my experience Knox has more than likely had a few run ins with other customers, but reading reviews the location within itself has bad reviews. I guess it’s just a company of incompetent employees. I also don’t understand why weren’t there any managers at the location to resolve my issues. I asked him for his manager and corporate number three different times, because from first contact I knew I didn’t want to deal with his energy. I will highly not recommend anyone go to this location, go to Pep boys, or anywhere else that will respect the paying customers that we are to help their business survive and thrive. Mavis will rip you completely off, only thing a warranty to their company is extra bucks in the pockets of Mavis, because it does not apply to the customers that pay extra money to be covered, when in all actuality we are being ripped off from the moment we pay them.
