  I went to Leonards truck outfitters to have my headlight assembly replaced. I also purchased replacement bulbs incase the new assembly didn't come with them. After the lights were installed, I went to get my truck and did a quick walk around with the repair person to ensure everything was complete. Headed back to work I noticed I was getting a front turn signal malfunction and I called back to Lernards to let them know I had NO front turn signals. I was told the technician was in Florida and they would call me to set an appointment to have issue fixed. Two days later, no call back. When I called them, I was told by Derrick that I should have come in on that Thursday morning even though he or no one else called to make the appointment. After getting a warning from Police that I was making a left turn without a signal, I had to take my truck to the dealer to correct the issue because no other shop would touch the lights. I paid an additional $315 to have the issue corrected. Still to this day, Leonards truck outfitters has NOT reached out to me or even followed up on the issue. Making turns in traffic without signals is unsafe and against the law. Leonards truck outfitters is unprofessional and unconcerned, safety means nothing to them, just the money.. I will NEVER go there again.

  Tim was great. I ordered truck bed cover yesterday, it was delivered to the store this morning, and installed in 60 minutes this afternoon. Great customer service, much appreciated.

  I did a ton of research before reaching out. The quality of the trailers they stock is above what I was finding at the big box stores. I reached out and spoke with Flo Dixon and she was over and beyond helpful. She even went out on the lot and took some pictures of the trailers for me as well as addressing all my questions. They had just what I needed in their price was extremely competitive. I showed up a few days later and she knew exactly who I was based on the trailer I was looking at. She addressed all my questions, gave me a very fair price, and made sure I had everything that I needed. What an awesome outfit! They also have a lot of truck/trailer accessories so I will definitely be back!
