- AFAndrea FrederickMay 6, 20265.0I went to the Jiffy Lube on US Highway 80 on Whitmarsh Island because I was having an issue from a previous oil change they had done, and honestly, I was a little skeptical going in, But the experience completely turned around. The manager was so understanding and genuinely listened to everything I had to say. I never felt brushed off or rushed. What really stood out to me was that he actually took the time to look at and work on my car himself to make sure he fully understood what was going on. That meant a lot. The other young gentleman who helped was also super professional and respectful, and together they made sure all my concerns were handled. You can definitely tell there’s new management, and it shows in the best way. The level of care and customer service I received was night and day compared to before. I left feeling heard, taken care of, and honestly just relieved. I would 100% recommend this location to anyone.
