  I worked with John to get a new tire on my car. I had my 3 kids with me and he went above and beyond to get my car fixed quickly and make sure my family was comfortable. 100% would go back.

  Fast, easy, no nonsense oil change, and it really does only take 15 minutes or so. Assistant manager Derek(sorry if I misheard your name lol) was very helpful and friendly. This is my go to oil change AND tire replacement stop. Thanks again

  Wow. I have used this team and my experience with this franchise has been good until today. POOR communication and ZERO follow through and then they would not stand behind their statement. I called and outlined the make, year, and model of my car and the requested work to be done. John said, bring it in, we will get it done. I called back a week later after getting a tow truck to tow the vehicle to the location. I again outlined the work to be done and the make, model year of the vehicle. I spent the dollars to have the car towed and then the mechanic chose they would not do the work. What? I predefined the work.. I Predefined the year make model and what I wanted done. What would they not do? They would not change my transmission fluid. Yes. But remember.. that is what I called and asked if they could do it two times prior to my paying for the tow truck. Do not trust this repair team to do work EVEN IF you call and negotiate it PRIOR TO bringing the car to their shop. And if they change their minds, they will stick you with the towing bill. Very Disappointed and VERY angry with this team.

  Came in today to get a valve stem replaced and never even talk to no one. Waited around the guy started sweeping the floor before even asking me what services I needed. Took me next door and never got to talk to no one funny thing is I get all my wife and I oil changes done there and they did my boat tires. You guys just lost my service and I know it’s nothing to you but I just hope it’s gets better for the next person.

  I had some previous miscommunication and disagreements with this service department, but I decided to give them another chance. I appreciate that they made a genuine effort to resolve the issues. John and Brian kept me informed throughout the process, treated me with respect, and demonstrated that they cared about making things right. Although the service took about three hours, most of the work was completed correctly, and I appreciate their commitment to improving my experience. However, I cannot give a five-star review because there were two significant issues that should never have happened. First, after my tire rotation and alignment, the technician failed to check and properly set the tire pressures. As soon as I drove away, the low tire pressure warning came on. Instead of simply driving home after a long service visit, I had to spend additional time dealing with something that should have been part of the job. Mistakes like this also create extra work and unnecessary stress for the employees who perform the oil changes correctly. Second, whoever worked on my vehicle left greasy, oily fingerprints all over the interior seats. The front and rear seats were covered with dirty handprints. I cleaned most of them myself and only managed to take one photo before doing so. This level of carelessness is completely unacceptable. Customers should never receive their vehicle back in that condition. I truly appreciate John and Brian for their professionalism and customer care, but better attention to detail and accountability from the technicians is needed to provide the level of service customers expect.
