  I asked the representative multiple times when booking this rental that there is a parking lot on site for free with enterprise to use when I have their vehicle and she firmly over and over said yes. This was a make or break because 1 I didn’t want to pay airport parking 2 I have a car load of things needing transferred from one car to another 3 I’m traveling alone with a dog so I can leave my car or dog unattended. The representative lied - I couldn’t even leave my car at cell phone lot without getting towed. A worker informed me it was not possible for a single person to be able to rent a car because the parking lots are so far away you’d need help. Wasted 45 minutes trying to get ahold of someone but 2 other representatives refused to allow me to talk to the airport but could not give me any advice on what to do. Came 30 minutes out of my way to rent a car for the rest of my trip and all of this has been a waste and caused me to be driving even further into the night. Very disappointing experience- the representatives couldn’t care less about how upset I was.

  I recently rented a car from here. Picked up without issue. Dropped off my key with the manager, was told good to go. Got charged an additional $229. Called and was told my contract was still open and was being charged extra days and mileage. Called the airport location, corporate office, reached out to Enterprise on social media. Everyone apologies but “all they can do” is escalate my issue. They allegedly are unable to transfer your calls to any member of management. Currently on day 6 without any calls back. They use trendy buzz words like “priority” and “escalated” but don’t truly care. I’ve filed a complaint with BBB at this point. The fact it has almost been a week and ZERO response from anyone from management is absolutely insane. Just know if you have issues, they won’t take it seriously or allow you to speak with anyone in management.

  This is the worst company or should I say their employees are ignorant. After weeks of planning, scheduling, then confirming to make sure all my ducks are in order; I arrive to pick up the vehicle and there's no reservation, just an old reservation for a small suv. When I asked if there's an 8 passenger SUV they can just rent to me, they had no vehicles available. I wish I would have taken that "see you next Tuesday," name down and demand she get fired! Definitely LOST A GOLD MEMBER

  Checking took a long time. Car was dusty on the inside and Dirty on the outside. Bad communication/explanation on General information at the check-in counter with what seemed that the lady had no patience, as we were international customers. However the people where we delivered the car was a lot nicer and helpful. Also to wait as we were 5 minutes late for delivery. What we had ticked on the website with email confirmation was different to what the check in personnel had pulled up on their screen. When we asked about where to deliver again personnel seemed to have no will to give us more information. As it turned out we called coincidentally to confirm where to deliver and even though we called the first time nobody told us that the delivery address had changed and it was not even conveyed in the email of confirmation. By some chance after our third call we discovered that. It was somewhat an exhausting experience with all the phone calls plus the number we were given on text did not work and we used the number we got on email thinking that that number was connected to that specific delivery address. And that is why we may or may not recommend enterprise to our friends .
