  Always wonderful to rent from. We have never had a bad experience. Great staff and clean nice available cars at a variety of levels

  Worst Customer Service ever acted like they were doing me a favor renting me a car. I’m a corporate member and rent a large SUV for my family for a weekend arriving in Savannah the Agent working at Best acted like she didn’t wanna be there when she was doing me a favor by renting me my vehicle then when I went outside to ask for my vehicle was located because she just sent me through the glass doors. The two lot of attendants Acted like I was Interrupting their cell phone when I asked Them where the spot was where my vehicle Was located. I Took the fillup option. Only be told by the attendant when I was returning the vehicle that it was an extra hundred dollar charge in the vehicle was on 3/4 of a tank when returned this site sucks. I will never went there again.

  A change in plans had me delivering my rental to this location instead of a different one last minute. The gentleman handling my return went above and beyond. I've rented and returned several vehicles from this location and the staff has always been great. TY to everyone here!!!

  Car was dirty need to spend lot of time in cleaning before the start of journey. I would recommend they look at this aspect. Airports do have options for customers

  My wife and I always use Enterprise car rental on every occasion. This one particular moment we were involved in a vender bender while in one of Enterprise rental cars, driving out of state and we reported the incident to enterprise that we were I. needed of a swapped vehicle. The assistant operator was very kind and helpful to report the incident, so we can arrive at the airport Enterprise in Savannah. Once we arrived we located the assistance table. I immediately explained the incident and that we should have reservations. The manager immediately stated that they couldn’t assist us at the moment and that the wait would be an hour before he could do anything. My wife and I did not feel the courteousness nor the sense of concern by the general manager at that Enterprise location… Enterprise associates usually give a warm welcome and or very curious. We waited the hour and was attended, so the wife and I continued our journey in a rental vehicle that we didn’t feel safe, cause the lack of assistance at this rental location. We drove to the nearest gas station to air up the tires and finally made it the another enterprise who attended us Promptly and with the assistance that we had always received. This location needs to learn management skills and to build better communication skills. Sincerely heartbreak to report a one star when we love utilizing Enterprise for near over 15 years
