  I usually use the Enterprise location in Rincon, but I decided to give the Skidaway location a try since it was closer to home. Unfortunately, I was extremely disappointed with the experience. The staff was not very friendly or welcoming, and the vehicle I received had high mileage and honestly felt like it was on its last leg. On top of that, the car was dirty when I received it and had multiple dents and scratches throughout the exterior. Overall, the condition of the vehicle was nowhere near what I expected from Enterprise. As a Gold member and someone who regularly chooses Enterprise, I definitely expected a much better level of customer service and a cleaner, better-maintained vehicle. Needless to say, this experience was disappointing enough that I’ll be going back to Turo for my future rentals.

  Shanti was our agent and she was beyond fabulous. Everything was effortless on my half, she explained everything well and went above and beyond any expectations The car was beautiful and fun to drive as well.

  Yikes, where do I start. Rude staff, and a dirty car that was not the one my wife reserved. Ashley can't possibly be the manager, can she?! What an experience. If this location is representative of where Enterprise is headed as a company, count us out - last time we give this company a shot. And Enterprise corporate, please don't bother posting the URL of your customer support contact page as a follow-up to this comment (we've seen the other negative reviews). We tried your support line - zero interest in helping us get the car we ordered, or at least one that doesn't reek of smoke.

  Great experience, the manager even checked us back in this morning, and let me run the car to the gas station and let me fill it up, instead of charging me. Fantastic lady, appreciate it.

  Absolutely unacceptable. Our church has rented from this Enterprise location many times, including for multiple youth trips. For our most recent trip, we reserved a 15-passenger van months in advance. The manager even called beforehand to confirm the reservation. When we arrived, there was no van—and no plan to provide one. Our entire day had to be reorganized at the last minute, scrambling to find parents to transport our youth group to its service projects. Later that same week, Enterprise failed to honor a second reservation. Two vans were sitting on the lot, but the manager told us they were being given to another customer because they "rented more often." Once again, we were forced to scramble to keep the trip from falling apart. Unfortunately, this wasn't an isolated incident. Vehicle returns routinely aren't checked in unless you insist they do it while you wait. On one occasion, it took nearly two weeks—and intervention from Enterprise corporate—to get our deposit refunded. We filed two complaints with corporate for the most recent issue and were promised a "rapid and satisfactory resolution." Nothing happened. This location used to be well managed. Today, it is unreliable, unprofessional, and impossible to trust. Reservations are meaningless, commitments are not honored, and customer service disappears when there is a problem. We will never rent from this location again, and we've encouraged our church community to do the same. After sharing our experience, several members told us they had experienced similar problems. FOLLOW UP: We tried once more to get Enterprise Corporate to care about this issue, and after a completely dismissive conversation with their customer support, I terminated my account with Enterprise after 20+ years as a loyal customer (leaving behind thousands of unused points I might add). This location is now also on our church's list of "do not use" vendors. One other point not mentioned previously regarding vehicle quality: we echo comments by other customers who experienced dirty vehicles which often smell of cigarettes and even marijuana. As a staff we used to laugh it off as part of the "Thunderbolt Enterprise experience," but in light of recent events it seems important to share as a warning to other folks who are considering renting from this thoroughly unprofessional location.
