  The lady on the phone was rude and clicked my call off in the middle of me talking. If y’all customer service is going to be terrible, I will let all of my followers know via social media, to spend their money elsewhere as I will be doing so too

  I had a very disturbing experience at Enterprise Rent-A-Car on April 16, 2026. I arrived to pick up my confirmed reservation for a full-size SUV and presented a valid 5-day rental voucher that had been officially authorized and extended by Enterprise leadership. Despite providing all documentation, the Assistant Branch Manager refused to honor the voucher and denied me the rental. Instead of resolving the issue professionally, the situation escalated unnecessarily. When I calmly asked for clarification, the manager became hostile and threatened to have me trespassed and removed by police—without any valid reason. Law enforcement was actually called, and even they confirmed I had done nothing wrong and could not be trespassed. What makes this even worse is that I was told their Area Leader backed the decision, and no one from leadership has followed up or attempted to correct the situation. That level of disregard for customers is unacceptable. To be clear, I have the entire interaction recorded, along with a witness present, which clearly shows my professionalism and the unprofessional behavior displayed by staff. I was denied service, embarrassed, and threatened—all while trying to use a legitimate, company-issued voucher. This experience was completely unacceptable and reflects poorly on Enterprise’s customer service and management standards.

  Why keep inconveniencing the customer. Y’all need to update yall stuff in real time. It makes it seems like yall some liars. We booking and getting to you guys and they’re not available. That’s not cool. What the hell we booking through y’all for. Then yall say a manager gone call us back and never do. Yall going down hill. I will not refer no one to them. At all.
