  I picked this location because it was close to the autobody shop that I had to use and I am so glad I did. Everyone here is so friendly and professional. I especially enjoyed working with Alexis when I picked up a car and Lee who picked me up from the autobody place and took me there. Lee, I have to say that was the most fun I had riding with someone that I did not know! At the office, Alexis was very friendly, but professional I truly enjoyed working with her!

  Alexis is the BOMB!!!! I called ahead and spoke with her letting her know my preferences. She made it happen. Made my rental experience smooth and professional with great customer service, explained everything in detail and took time to ensure all boxes were checked. Great asset to Enterprise White bluff. My next rental will be with her. Thanks.

  I recently was in a car accident and my insurance company rented me a car while my car was on the shop. The next day I asked for a bigger car and was called to be told that there were no cars available and to check back after 2pm the next day. We'll next day was Friday, called back and was meet with attitude and told we "don't have any cars so you just gonna have to wait until Monday." Then hung up in my face. Placed call to Geico was told I was supposed to be in a bigger car and reservations upgraded to SUV. Called Enterprise back was told basically nothing they can do they will reach out to another branch and see if they can help me and someone will call me back...This was 7.16.26..... today is 8.7.2026 no call backs and after multiple calls to Enterprise and promises of management calling me back 3xs (no one returned any of my calls)... I am still driving with my knees touching against wheel, my family unable to all fit in the car and missing a family members funeral....I am still in this little car. I was turned away twice advised to drive 45 minutes away to airport and turned away. Asked if they can check another location for a car and was told NO! ... I Will never ever recommend ENTERPRISE they don't care about customers, rude, no empathy or compassion to customers.

  My experience with Enterprise was disappointing! The LOCATION and ALEXIS I give 10 stars!!!I I chose them because National had no options and their website showed availability. The process was smooth until I arrived at my location, only to be told my reserved vehicle was unavailable, just an hour before pickup. I had to take an Uber and rebook elsewhere. While in transit, I was called and told no cars were available at the new location either, leaving me stranded. Alexis the rep at this enterprise location was very helpful and eased some stress. Overall, a poor experience with Enterprise BOOKINGD online. Customers shouldn’t be able to book if vehicles aren’t available.
