  Alexis H. Turner and Parker Karasek were the 2 people I worked with and their customer service was absolutely amazing. I had no idea what I was doing because I've never rented a car before. And they walked me through the steps perfectly much thanks to them, and I hope they get a promotion. They very much deserve it.

  Parker and his team have always provided me with excellent customer service and made renting a car as easy as possible. Whenever I need a rental, I prefer to drive a little further just to rent from them.

  Enterprise is by far the superior car rental agency. It’s because the employees actually care and help out. They hire well. The entire staff at the white bluff location should be the prime example of how a business should run. There are 3 people - Parker, who went above and beyond to find me a car in a crisis and kept me so calm and helped with my insurance claim, Will who made sure I didn’t get stuck in an uncomfortable car for the month that my car was in the shop, and Alicia for making the final moments peaceful and the transition easy. Very grateful to enterprise - especially the White Bluff location in Savannah

  The best place to get a rental car especially if Parker Karasek is there to help you. I’ve never been more happy or thankful for an employee at enterprise. His conversation making is amazing and made us feel so comfortable and relaxed throught the process beginning to end. Will come back for any of my family and friends rental needs.
