  I had a reservation for a car today at 3pm. When I arrived to pick up the car, this location had ZERO VEHICLES to provide. I then called multiple locations only to get hung up on. My next option was to call the corporate enterprise number which DOES NOT HAVE THE ABILITY TO SEE AVAILABLE CARS AT ANY LOCATION. My family and I are now stranded after making a reservation that was not held, and SEVEN DIFFERENT PEOPLE have told me they would call me back and I have yet to receive any call, email, or other information. Do NOT get caught up in this scheme. Make other plans. This company is unreliable and leaves families stranded. Your response told me to contact you. If you had actually read my review, you would know that I did that 7+ times at this point and have YET to be called back. I would never suggest this company to anyone. RUN.

  THE ABSOLUTE WORST EXPERIENCE. We reserved a car at this location and when we showed up, they had no cars…That’s right, they didn’t just not have our car or similar, they had ZERO cars. How is this possible? What is the point of a reservation? Update, it just gets worse and worse. We keep calling people at Enterprise and they either tell us they will call back, tell us they escalated it to another department, tell us another team will call us back, or they just plain hang up on us. 8 different individuals with this business shaped toilet keep lying to us on the phone. We have been stranded for hours. Do not rent your vehicle here.

  As a Platinum customer with Enterprise, I have rented vehicles for many years and have consistently appreciated the outstanding service your teams provide. I wanted to take a moment to recognize three exceptional team members who truly embody the spirit of customer service and hospitality. First, I would like to recognize Raymond at the Hilton Head Airport location. From the very first interaction, Raymond has been incredibly helpful, professional, and genuinely welcoming. He consistently goes above and beyond to ensure every rental experience is seamless, and his positive attitude leaves a lasting impression. I would also like to recognize Austin and Ashanti at the Downtown Savannah Montgomery Street location. They are absolutely remarkable and a true credit to Enterprise. Every time I visit, they greet customers with genuine warmth, professionalism, and an eagerness to help. Even during the busiest days and in the intense summer heat, they always have a smile on their faces and make every customer feel valued and appreciated. Raymond, Austin, and Ashanti are true ambassadors of the Enterprise brand. Their commitment to exceptional service, positive attitudes, and dedication to creating an outstanding customer experience are exactly what keeps loyal customers like me returning to Enterprise year after year.   I wish every rental car experience was the one I had at the Downtown Savannah location! Austin got in touch ahead of my booking via email to give me a heads up that they would not have a car available for noon but have one for me at 4 PM. I booked a day ahead of the July 4th holiday so was just glad they had one available and extra grateful for their communication! I ended up with a cuter car too that I am now considering buying, ha. Having a non-airport location that’s central and walkable is a big pro. To be able to walk to/from instead of spending additional money on transit. I already know my other future rentals will never compare to how seamless and straightforward the experience was. Thanks again Austin + team, five-stars an above friends! Until next time…

  BAIT AND SWITCH PRICING PLEASE BE AWARE OF HIDDEN FEES AND LIES. Extremely disappointed with Enterprise at this specific location. I had to book a rental car due to my car being in the shop for repair. The young lady (Ashanti) showed me two vehicles. While showing me the two vehicles, she stated that one was 27$ and the other was 30$; both of which was in my budget for the rental vehicle. A few days later I see a charge on my bank account for the rental car that was not stated upfront or told they would need to charge. I called to try to resolve everything but was told that I must have “misheard” what the young lady said. (No one purposely chooses something out of their budget.) Now I’m paying almost double of what the original price was. I was not properly informed of these costs at the time of booking and the staff at the counter were completely unwilling to compromise the situation. I still have yet to receive any paperwork for the rental vehicle after I asked. (It’s been 3 weeks now.) If you’re looking for an honest, transparent car rental, I STRONGLY advise looking elsewhere. So long as I have anything to do with it, I will not be using Enterprise again.
