- JJJessyMay 5, 20261.0Do not recommend. I’m not sure if the guy was a worker or the owner of this shop, but he was very unprofessional and rude. I went in to get my truck looked at, and he wasn’t there when I arrived. He said he was on his way, which I understood but I don’t know if he was on a road call or at home but it took quite a while for him to get back. My main issue was how unprofessional he was, once he arrived. There was no “hello” or “good morning” when I approached him, just no manners at all. I explained what was going on with my truck, and he ignored me the whole time while talking to his girlfriend on the phone. When he walked away, he didn’t say anything, and I had to go look for him just to find out what he saw on his computer. In other words, I paid and got no real results just bad service. Never again.

Identified the issue accurately. Great communication throughout the entire process. I was kept informed about what was going on, what needed to be done, and why. Overall, solid experience and quality work. I definitely recommend if you’re in the area and need a reliable shop.
