  I posted a review yesterday about rude service, and being physically threatened by an employee in the fishing department that was witnessed by a female employee, and 2 service member customers. The Manager, Michael Clifton, was even more rude and unhelpful. There was a response to my complaint on Google from BPS with an email address to copy and paste my complaint and send in to the Company so it could be addressed. I followed their directions, and now, my complaint is wiped from Google, and they never called or emailed me back with a response...? Dick's does not have the selection, but their customer service blows Bass Pro Shops out of the water. Pun intended.

  Manager who "assisted" was unprofessional, unhelpful, and just down right couldn't give two craps about the person in front of him. DO NOT recommend the Ourdoorsmen 9000w Generator, complete trash. Long winded..... We purchased a Cabela's Outdoorsman Generator at the Macon location, as well as, purchased a warranty to go with it. We had the generator for just over a year when it stopped putting out power. The generator was taken to this location, because they were only two hours away versus six plus hours away to the Macon location. When we brought the generator back to the Savannah location, we explained the issue and brought the warranty paperwork. They were reluctant to take back the generator and oh so smartly stated, "I don't know who sold you this warranty, but they shouldn't have", even though the warranty paperwork lists generators being under the coverage option. They ended up replacing the used generator with a new one, and of course, wouldn't sell a new warranty to us. Not even thirty days later, we were having the same issues, no power output. I called this location, and explained our issues, yet again. The customer service lady was really nice, did state the store policy was to not except returns once gas was placed in the tank. She spoke to the manager on duty, who stated I could bring the generator in, have one if their techs look at it and would most likely take it back, due to it being a defect. Between working and three young children, I was fianlly able to bring the generator up to the store a week later. I was greeted by the customer service representative who I spoke with on the phone, she then called up a manager. This manager was extremely unfriendly, didn't even greet me or introduce himself. He proceeded to type on the computer, said "You have to go through Champion to have it repaired by one of their techs or parts sent to be replaced. He didn't offer any further assistance, there was no "call us if you have any further question", nothing, didn't even say have a good day. Completely unhappy with their customer service and this product.

  This place is amazing. It’s like a supercenter for sports gear from clothing to fishing equipment to weapons. Anything you need sports related you will find here. This location has two floors at the bottom you’ll find all of your hunting equipment. You gotta take the superstore out.
